জীবনের কষ্টের অর্জিত টাকা দিয়ে একটি দালান নির্মাণ করবেন কোটি টাকা খরচ করে কিন্তু এই কোটি টাকার সেফটির জন্য সামান্য কিছু টাকা মাটি পরীক্ষার জন্য ও ইঞ্জিনিয়ার এবং আর্কিটেক্টদের জন্য খরচ করতে আমাদের অনেক সমস্যা। যার ফলাফস্বরূপ এমনটাই হতে পারে । বিল্ডিং কোড মেনে বিল্ডিং করুন নিরাপদ থাকুন। 👷

আপনি বাড়ি করার জন্য কয়েকজন কন্ট্রাক্টরকে ডেকেছেন, রেট নিচ্ছেন। ডিজাইন দেখে কিছুটা কমবেশি করে সবাই একটা রেট জানালো। এর মাঝে একজন হুট করে আপনাকে বললো সে অন্যদের চেয়ে স্কয়ার ফিটে ৩০-৪০ টাকা কমে কাজটা করে দিবে। আপনি ভাবলেন বাহঃ অনেক টাকা বাঁচবে এবার।
কিন্তু সে যে আপনার বাড়ির স্ট্রাকচারের কি অবস্থা করবে সেটা বুঝেও কূল পাবেন না।
তাই কম টাকা দেখা মাত্র না ঝুঁকে দক্ষ কন্ট্রাক্টর দিয়ে কাজ করান। হ্যাঁ অবশ্যই একজন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের তত্ত্বাবধানে।
