We work from a space where we can't even constructively offer critic to our colleagues without fear of becoming enemies yet expecting growth.
We are too obsessed with the idea of CINEMATIC without even understanding what it means.

We need to understand that some people know more than we do
Understand that people who wake up to create something are far much better than armchair critics.
Understand than an IDIOT who works on his idea is better than a genius who just seats

Personally I don't receive even constructive criticism from people who can't create anything.

Before you think of an idea for your next film
- Think of who can help direct your film koz just because it's your film doesn't mean you have to direct it, some people have mastered the Art of Directing so just humble yourself and get help
- Try to research on who distributes films similar to your idea
- Try the 5 elements of funding
- cast people based on your character description than just availability
