Most lower-calorie, non-flour pancakes sacrifice texture and taste. They end up dry, rubbery, or falling apart in the pan.

Just had electrocautery done on my face to remove DPN spots (Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra) and a sebaceous hyperplasia spot on my upper eyelid. Those are the burn marks you see on my upper cheeks and eye area.

All I can say is that was VERY painful 😅

It feels like multiple little electric shocks mixed with the smell of burning skin. The dermatologist said I handled it really well, but afterward I still felt dizzy in the car and had to sit there for a while before driving.

For anyone wondering:

➡️ DPN spots are small benign dark raised spots that are very common in aging, melanin-rich skin.

➡️ Sebaceous hyperplasia is an enlarged oil gland that can look like a small bump, usually flesh-colored or yellowish.

I originally thought the eyelid spot may have been caused by a skincare product I was using, but the dermatologist explained that sebaceous hyperplasia is very common and not something “caused” by you doing something wrong.
