Some are navigating illness or life challenges.
Some are healthcare practitioners looking to expand their tools for healing.
Others are simply seeking a deeper connection to themselves, to others, and to the Divine.
Foundations is our introductory weekend course and an opportunity to experience Sufi Spiritual Healing and Sufi spiritual principles firsthand.
Over the course of one weekend, you'll be introduced to healing practices, spiritual teachings, guided exercises, and a supportive community of seekers from around the world.
Many students describe Foundations as their first real taste of this work and the beginning of a much deeper journey.
