किसी ने कहा उसके पिता का मित्र दोषी है,
तो किसी ने समाज और अविश्वास को जिम्मेदार ठहराया।

आप सभी के उत्तर अपने-अपने स्थान पर तर्कसंगत और भावनात्मक रूप से सही हैं।
लेकिन आज मैं आपको इस कहानी को एक कदम गहराई से देखने का निमंत्रण देना चाहती हूँ।

🔍 क्या सच में कोई दोषी था?
• हरिदत्त —
जब वह प्रेम में डूबा, तब वह विवेकहीन हो गया।
और जब पत्नी की मृत्यु के बाद वह विक्षिप्त हुआ, तब वह सचेत मन में था ही नहीं।
जहाँ चेतना नहीं, वहाँ अपराध कैसे?
• पिता का मित्र —
अपने मित्र के पुत्र को मरता देखकर, क्रोध और पीड़ा में कोई भी कठोर शब्द बोल सकता है।
यह मानवीय कमजोरी है, अपराध नहीं।
• उसकी पत्नी —
वह निर्दोष थी, लेकिन समाज में कई बार सच भी स्वयं को सिद्ध नहीं कर पाता।
उसकी मृत्यु हमारी व्यवस्था की करुण सच्चाई है।
• साँप —
उसका विष छोड़ना उसका स्वभाव है।
प्रकृति न सही है, न गलत — वह केवल कर्मरत है।

🕰️ तो फिर दोषी कौन?

👉 इस कहानी में कोई व्यक्ति दोषी नहीं है।
👉 यह कहानी “समय”, “परिस्थिति” और “मानव असहायता” की है।

समय कभी किसी से अनुमति नहीं लेता,
वह बस घटित होता है।

और जब घटनाएँ घटती हैं,
तो हम दोषी ढूँढते हैं —
क्योंकि सच स्वीकार करना सबसे कठिन होता है।

🌱 इस कहानी की सीख

❝ हर दुख के पीछे अपराध नहीं होता,
कभी-कभी वह सिर्फ जीवन की परीक्षा होती है ❞
