I was in a search of a package in R which can minimize the redundancy of analyzing qPCR data. You can feed any qPCR raw data as Ct values into this script and get the results in an instance. All you need to do is arrange the raw data as shown in the video.
I hope this helps the research community, especially PhD students like me.
