it might seem like a mystery.....

I’m not saying you should quit alcohol.....


I just came across this photo on my phone from about two years ago.

I remember the day I was pouring out this Jim Beam bottle from my cellar through this little window downstairs, and I spontaneously started saying to myself

“Alcohol belongs to an identity that no longer serves my life.”

Today is Father’s Day here in Germany.

It’s a tradition for all the men to get together and go drinking. There’s about 15 or 20 men in my social surroundings that have all gone down to the lake together today.

Many of them have property down there like us, and they’re going to have an amazing day together.

But as per usual, I said no.

And in the past, that would have been impossible.

I instead spent the morning being served breakfast by my 2 daughters who left the kitchen looking like it got bombed lol..

You are an incredibly powerful being,

but most people don’t realize they are living by other people’s standards.

And when you truly step into your empowered self,

something that is your choice, own, and embody one day at a time…

regardless of your social surroundings, circumstances, or environment…

When you start choosing your own standards

you start normalizing amazing health, financial independence, discipline, self-trust,

you may come to the same conclusion I did two years ago.

That if you were to truly own that powerful version of you today.

A version that you genuinely look up to and admire…

a version of yourself that is strong, healthy, disciplined, aligned, and growing into the life you truly want to experience…

Instead of constantly celebrating with alcohol

You instead allow your life to be an absolute celebration.

Motivation fades by tomorrow morning.

It’s so funny...

So many people are constantly chasing
motivation, striving, forcing, fixing,

trying to become somebody that’s fit, financially independent, successful, fulfilled...

But you realize you don’t need any of that.

Because this is the hallmark of forced action.

Instead, you realize that you have to live one day at a time with conscious intention...

because that is what really makes the biggest difference.

From here on in, one day at a time, you simply decide: “This is who I am.”

it may seem egotistical

selfish

antisocial

but truly choosing yourself

listening to that quiet inner voice that's yours

and saying yes regardless of what others think or say

when this photo was taken today my shoulders where burning lol

I had just paddled 2km to this beach, with my two daughters on my SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board)

before I left it was the usual.....

the men telling me I should be at the beach bar having a beer etc

join the herd be like us...

we jumped on the board and took off

the trip with the girls out in the sun today was amazing

they had a blast watching the fish below us as I paddled, enjoying nature as we moved across the lake

3 hours later and a slight sunburn we arrived back with smiles and exhaustion.....

the rest of your 2026 is going to be sensational..

few will ever accept the brilliance of their uniqueness and own it

enjoy creating magic into your life and being of massive service

a blessing to this world

because when you choose yourself, that's exactly what you are

not recognizing their true power.

most people are so busy trying to change their current circumstances…

what do you truly want?
