BREAKING NEWS!!! EESystem Insider ADMITS to Copying Robert Religa’s Code, Sandra Rose Michael’s origin story has COLLAPSED, and EESystem admits their Source Code is GONE. Sandra claimed “her technology” came to her through a "download" during a Scorpio eclipse in 1992. Now, in court, that story has changed to “my brother wrote it in 2003”. Her brother (Ralph) has now testified under oath and made glaring admissions. Here is what we currently know to be true:
·      Sandra provided her brother with a copy of Robert Religa’s source code.
·      Her brother admitted to copying portions of Religa’s source code.
·      Her lawyer stated, on the record, that Sandra is NOT a programmer, albeit stating that she spent “thousands of hours programming” when sharing her “origin story” with the world.
Even more mind-blowing: EES has admitted, under oath, that they no longer possess the source code they license worldwide, along with not being able to produce any form of copyright or patent. It turns out that nearly 10 years ago, they “lost” the one piece of evidence that could prove their own story. No download. No invention. Just copied code, confirmed by her own brother under oath, with their original source code now “missing”.
For two years, I've said the truth would come out. Some called me crazy. Others saw the facts from the beginning. Today, the truth isn't coming from me - it's coming from their own admissions, under oath. These are just some of the reasons I refuse to affiliate myself with EESystem. As we move closer to bringing this entire saga to a close, I stand by my word: every dollar recovered from these people beyond the costs of defending against their baseless claims will be returned to the people who were negatively impacted. That is my promise.

BREAKING NEWS!!! A federal judge has officially thrown out the lawsuit that EES filed against me and The Light System - effective immediately. Case closed. The judge didn’t just partially rule… she dismissed the entire case!!! Every single motion they filed against me, including their attempt for a preliminary injunction, was DENIED.
Let me say that again: Nothing they tried worked. The case is over. The Court also called out what they were doing behind the scenes called “forum shopping”. Essentially, trying to file multiple lawsuits in different places to gain an advantage. The judge shut that down completely.
I’ve stood firm in the truth from day one. And today, the legal system backed it up. This is what happens when you don’t fold. This is what happens when you stand in truth and integrity.
And this is only the beginning of the victory as it continues to unfold.
