Our mission for this channel is to serve coaches along their journey of creating a sustainable business and greater impact in the world. We will be exploring the challenges, the wins and insights that coaches have had on their journey. . We will also be exploring how coaches can develop coaching mastery in their skillsets as a coach from a wide array of coaching practices and modalities. In addition, we will be bringing coaches and other experts to help coaches develop business mastery.

The Coaches Journey
One of the coaches in our last session made an observation that stuck with me.
She said she'd pause for a while — life happened, things got difficult — and when she came back, she felt like she had to start from scratch. Everything she'd tried before hadn't left her with anything to build on.
That's what happens without a real client creation process. You're always restarting.
But when there's an actual structure — how you put yourself out there, how you have conversations, how you move someone from a connection to a client — you don't lose all your ground when life interrupts. You just pick up the process again.
