happy national matcha day! 🍵 We love enjoying matcha as a way to connect with my Japanese culture and the tradition of tea ceremony as well as a way to slow down and be more intentional. We visited Uji early last year and also visited tea fields in Shizuoka last December. If you haven't seen yet, you can watch our Uji video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jczd7...
Happy April! We filmed a completely different style of video to give you some updates & insight into where we're headed next! We would also love your input! Watch here: https://youtu.be/BUP2SRDgbyQ
2 videos in one week?! This one is short but we put together a mini highlight reel for our 7 year anniversary. Some clips might look familiar but some are from upcoming videos. Enjoy đź’•
our final video from our three weeks in Japan series is out now! Thank you everyone for your patience as we rolled out these videos. Watch here: https://youtu.be/18KK4MN3GI0
We love capturing our travels because it's a way for us to archive our moments and look back at our memories down the road. There's so much more footage we need to edit from other trips that we cannot wait to share with you all soon. Thanks for joining our journey
We filmed it out in Barbados when we were visiting for Barbados Independent Film Festival where Kayli's film SANSEDAI won Best Documentary Short! The island was so welcoming and we can’t wait to share our full experience on this channel soon.
If you've been following our 3 Weeks in Japan series, this song might sound familiar because we teased it in our "First few days in Japan" video đź‘€ Enjoy!
Before we started this channel, we collaborated together on AKINYEMI's music videos for years. The music video for his song "VOODOO" drops tomorrow and you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDM8h...
This was one of the first music videos we filmed together back in May 2020 and it's been sitting on our hard drives ever since. We filmed this exactly one year before Kayli's dad passed away from pancreatic cancer. At the time, we had no clue he only had one year left on this planet. He taught us how to drive stick shift for this video and we all shared some laughs along the way. I’m so glad we were able to capture these mundane yet special memories to hold on to forever.
