Ever think your business feels stale? Like it’s not moving in a forward direction? Me too! So I’ve started a new routine this week.
Rather than relying on my trusty whiteboard to keep me productive, I’ve decided to start each morning with a cup of coffee while writing down one thing that MUST be done that day before I go to bed.
I won’t do it the night before because I may get over ambitious and overwhelm my tomorrow self. Instead, each morning during coffee, I’ll write down just one task that can make a positive impact on one of my businesses. It can be anything from list a product, email a prospective customer, write a blog post, there’s no rules, it just has to be forward movement.
ANY forward progress is good progress. What are you doing to grow your business or side hustle this week?
