I want to teach people the correct way to make pastries, keto or not. My channel is more like a cooking show (how to) with Pastry shop quality desserts rather than just quick fast recipes. I want my recipes that I give to you to come out as perfect as if I made them for you, and to do that I give step by step instruction and helpful tips along the way, to ensure that the recipe comes out perfect. I also let you know the reasons I choose the ingredients I do for the recipe, which will better help you to understand what each ingredient does in a pastry and sometime substitutes for that ingredient.

Hey all my lovely followers! Wanted to mention a few important things going on at the moment.
If you didn't see my latest update video, May 2nd is the last day to get in orders for some yummy low carb pastries/bread in time for Mother's Day 2026! I have some new products I added, Keto Strawberry White Chocolate Blondies and Salted Caramel Brookies! SHIPPING UPDATE: I sent out an email today to customers about their shipments that were on order. FYI-If you ever don't get updates from me/my website, check your spam folder! But wanted to post here as well, we are in the middle of a winter weather event here in Buffalo, NY with snow and up to 70mph winds, creating poor visibility, so I didn't venture to UPS today with shipments. The event could last until new years day with up to 3 ft in some areas. So likely won't be sending out shipments until next Monday to avoid being held up over the weekend. Thank you all for your understanding and Happy New Year's!

A few things, first off, thank you so much to everyone who placed an order this week, beat my previous number of orders with 25 shipments!
Second, I had to enlist the help of my husband to get everything to UPS on time, so next year I'm definitely going to need some help during the holiday season!
Third, shipstation was giving me trouble and wasn't loading so I could purchase shipping labels, so I was in a pretty big rush to get everything labeled and to UPS by 5pm Monday. I had most shipments packed up the previous night but wanted to double check everything and didn't really have the time. If anything is wrong with your order, I will gladly make it right. When I made this Keto Mexican Wedding Cake Cookie/Snowball Cookie, I couldn't believe how delicious it was and made me kind of sad that I always bypassed it at the Christmas cookie tables before I went keto. It's melt in you mouth delicious!! And a perfect addition to your Keto Holiday Baking List!!
