This knowledge partnership will support the development of the India Skills Outcomes Platform, enabling innovative financing models that link funding to measurable outcomes. Together, NSDC and BAIF will co-create and scale OBF programmes, generate evidence and knowledge, foster ecosystem collaboration, and drive impact at scale.

This partnership will help strengthen India’s skilling ecosystem while accelerating the adoption of innovative Outcomes-Based Financing models in India.
