I can't believe my stuff has finally arrived. After months of living off a suitcase, I'm working on an OpenCV Object Detection coding tutorial. On my system. On my table. With my monitor. Wearing clothes that I haven't seen for ages.

It's an odd feeling and odd circumstances, that I have never experienced before. But I'm in full control of everything once again, and I'm going back to the roots that this channel has started from - explaining the things that I found challenging, and covering the topics I'm curious about.

In the blink of an eye we'll be back to building AI rather than using it. I'll be back to frequent communication, live streams, code jams, Discord, and having and active community once again. The past few months have been more difficult on me than I'd like to admit. I didn't take this move as well as I though I would. But there's a light at the end of the tunnel (in the form of a giant curved monitor and my beautiful Area 51 system 🤪)

Please bear with me as I'm re-assembling my office here in Bulgaria, and arranging my home studio to perfection. I got new lights, a new camera and a new editing software that I'm training on. The future is bright and full of Python - I just need a week or two to oil the gears of this high speed train.

If you told me a year ago I’d be filming in a professional studio, I would have laughed! I'd say: "Why pay for anything - if I can just do all of it myself???"

I thought that increasing productivity meant working longer hours, not taking any days off, and pushing myself to my physical limits - as though I'm no different from the LLMs I was building. 😵‍💫🤖

The truth is - time is a non-renewable resource, and the only way to overcome the bottleneck of 24 hours in a day is by sharing your workloads with other people.

I am no longer alone, and I want to use this opportunity to thank you guys for giving me endless support that keeps pushing me outside of my comfort zone - chasing the wildest dreams that suddenly become a reality! I'm so grateful to have you on board for this journey, and I can't wait to share my next tutorials with you! 🙏❤️

So... Who's ready to deploy a full-stack PostgreSQL + Flask application??? - converting a basic Hello World webpage into a live professional website with a PROPER database!!!

I'm so excited to publish it already - you have no idea!!! The final editing touches are applied as we speak, and very soon this tutorial will be up and playing on your monitors! 🤩🤩🤩

I rarely get excited about publishing my tutorials… but this one is different 🫣

I've been dreaming of covering Reinforcement Learning for years — but I could never figure out how to explain it to beginners without overwhelming them.

After all, RL isn’t usually a "starter topic" and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve told my viewers: “Just skip RL for now — come back when you have more experience.” 🙃

Why? Because I was terrified of trying to simplify Deep Q-Learning!
It’s the backbone of any proper RL introduction, and it always felt too big, too complex, too much to chew… until recently! 😉

After weeks of experimenting, sketching, rewriting, and rethinking, I finally cracked it! I found a way to explain RL to absolute beginners — using colourful illustrations, real-life maze-exploration animations, and intentionally oversimplified functions.

Scholars might say I simplified it “too much”… But honestly? That’s the only way to make this topic approachable to normal people.

I made my introduction so clear that even kids can follow along — and I’m incredibly proud of that! If you can explain it to a 6-year-old, that’s when you truly understand what you’re talking about.

I’m more excited about this tutorial than anything I’ve made in years, and I hope it helps you on your own AI journey! (Maybe even on our collective journey toward AGI 😎)
