Guys, can anyone knows any medicine, I can't sleep these days idk why even stomach was also hurting very much bcz of periods it's hurting very much i can't control more iam feeling very dizziness i can't handle it i wanna cry but I can't bcz it's already 2:16am i can't even cry in morning
Back to the point guys I can't these days i can only Sleep these days 3-4 hrs it's happening with me for many days and it's effect my mental state actually my mental state is very bad these days and now I realised it's bcz of my sleep? I can't understand what is happening but my brain are suck my eyes wants sleep still I can't sleep even i am being very tired, tired of mental state & physical both my brain just can't accept anything it can't even think about anything my brain not ready to accept anything and iam very tired and exhausted i can't cry nor laugh idk what iam writing or doing but it makes me feel good so i did
