Idk how to say this....but lately I’m really not okie.....🥀
I feel like I’m changing a lot 🙃.....I used to be so talkative and happy, but now I’ve become so quiet, I overthink everything, I stay silent, and it feels like no one even notices it.....I’m getting panic attacks again, and it’s honestly scary bcuz I can’t stop myself hurting.....I cry so much these days.....and I was never like this before,I mean used to cry but not in every situation.....but now even small things make me cry.....I lose interest in playing games,going outside,and even sketching.....All I wanna do now is just sitting alone in peace...... Sometimes I do wanna talk but in next sec I wanna be quiet again......Btw that was also the reason I wasn't posting videos,cuz I wasn't feeling like editing and also I was busy......I wanna leave this world tho 🥲......
Sometimes I look at myself and feel so ugly.....not just from outside,but from inside too.....Like I’m not enough for anyone.....everywhere I go,I feel ignored,like my presence doesn’t really matter.....And the worst part is,I’m always there for everyone.....I listen,I care, I try to make people feel better.....but when I need someone the most,it feels like no one is there for me......And when I think about sharing all this, I stop myself cuz it feels like I’m just seeking attention.....So I just keep everything inside.....and it keeps hurting me more......And also being the younger one....it’s really not easy.....u get compared to ur elder sibling,ur opinions don’t matter that much,and everyone just thinks u r okie.....But inside, it feels like u r fighting so many things alone that no one can even understand.....I’m trying to be okie, I really am,ig?😅🥀..... but some days r just too heavy.....I just wanted to share this with u all 🎀......

Soooo......Idk why but.....from the past 5-6 days.....I am not feeling well......I am feeling like to give up on this life.....and ik it's not a good idea.....but I am sooo done 😖.......I am acting like I am happy or good outside,but from inside.....I am literally so done 🤌🏻......I am trying my best,not to do anything wrong with myself 🤧......Some day before,I was just normally studying.....Just studying and listening some musics (bhajans actually 🦚).....And suddenly idk why but my entire body got numb,my hands trembling,heart beat fast,breath heavy,head spining,tears slipping 🙂🩹......And from the past 5-6 days it happened so many times even when I am happy or in normal mood and I am not able to control it......Idk what's wrong with me 🤷🏻♀️.......
