Finally it’s 2026! New Year, New Goals, New Future! I’m looking forward to what this year has in store for me and this channel. I appreciate the love and support from you, my Youtube family. This year marks 20 years since I made this channel. I’m looking forward to creating new videos and telling new stories to bring to you on YouTube. Even other projects like the “Kitchen Witch” cookbook will come soon.
For my whole life, I’ve built a wonderful library of videos for everyone to enjoy and I feel thankful that my work resonates with all of you. It wouldn’t be possible without your support and your encouragement. It means so much to me.
2026 is going to be a new journey and I feel really excited. Wish me luck on this journey!

NEW UPDATE: In relation to the new FTWW episode of Sleepy Hollow, the editing process is postponed due to the Holidays, recovering as usual and switching to new cooking programs. Plus, my Dad and I are planning a few trips to Virginia and Japan (MY DREAM TRIP) in the future. We’ll be back soon. Until then, have a great holiday season! 🎄🕎🪔🎅

CHANNEL UPDATE:
Hey everyone! For those just tuning in, I am currently letting everyone know that my two shows “Kitchen Witch” and “For Those Who Wander” are being put on hold for now because there’s a lot of things going on and I’ve been very busy lately.
There’s been many things that got in the way such as recovering from the injury with the cortisone shots, working on the Cookbook, redecorating the kitchen with my Dad and just life in general. Once in a while, I have to unplug the Internet sometimes because Life gets in the way and you need to take care of your emotional and mental health. I can’t live on Social Media 24/7.
The truth is I don’t make videos because I feel required to. I do it because it’s something I love to do and it’s a hobby. Fortunately, things are starting to come together and when everything calms down, all my projects like the shows and the book will resume. I hope to continue my career path as a Chef and my dream to see the world and I thank you so much for your love and support!
