Welcome to One Last Hand. I'm Scott, and this is my corner of the internet for solo board gaming.
Expect relaxed playthroughs, narrative campaigns, unboxings, reviews and lists, all delivered with a calm and honest approach.
The channel was built around a simple idea: if we start a campaign, we finish it. No abandoned series. No missing finales. If a game has a story to tell, you'll get to see how it ends.
Whether I'm exploring a huge narrative adventure, working through a legacy game, or opening the latest arrival, I'll share the experience as it happens—the good, the bad and everything in between.

One Last Hand
I’ve been sent two campaign games by Raybox Games to cover on the channel, and I’d like your help deciding which one we record as a full campaign playthrough first.
Both games use the Paths Unknown system, but they have very different themes.
The Cats of Mont Saint Michel is a campaign adventure about heroic cats defending the island fortress from a threat creeping through the shadows.
Gates of Niflheim is a darker Norse-inspired campaign about warriors, undead enemies, cursed abbeys, and the gates between worlds.
As always with One Last Hand, whichever one we choose will be played properly as a campaign playthrough, not just a quick look.

One Last Hand
We’re getting close to the end of the ISS Vanguard series (at least from a recording point of view), which means it’s time to start thinking about what comes next.
There are a few campaign games already on the shelf, and we’re also waiting on a couple of crowdfunding deliveries. So rather than just picking something, I thought it would be a good time to see what people are most interested in.
I can’t promise we’ll go with the winner, and I can’t guarantee the crowdfunded games will arrive in time, but it should give a good sense of what you’d like to see on the channel next.

One Last Hand
Hey all,
Just a quick note to say I’ve started a second channel called One Last Hand Gaming.
The idea is pretty simple — it’s a place where I can play digital strategy games, deckbuilders, roguelikes, and digital versions of board games, in the same relaxed, long-form style as the videos here.
It won’t replace anything on this channel and it won’t affect the release schedule on One Last Hand at all. The focus here stays exactly the same: board games, campaign series, and seeing those stories through to the end.
Think of the gaming channel as a small side project that will get videos whenever they’re ready rather than on a fixed schedule.
