Morning! Hows everyone doing this Friday? You walk outside and it smells like a f*ckin cookout without the food which is no fun. Air mad smoggy and ridiculous. No burgers. No glizzys. Just everyone sweaty and lookin stressed. Came back home smelling like a bonfire. On the real though, those wildfires in Canada are wild right now. Prayers and positivity out to that side. Hope everyone is keeping safe. New video is here Sunday. Shoutout to Washington Heights. I met a bunch of people who support the channel and showed me love while I was out there shooting the other day. Some of you probably gonna pop up my intro. Good afternoon everyone! Thank you for all the love on my most recent video. I had that intro planned for months and it feels good to finally put it out. Can't believe it's about to be 35 years since that situation unfolded. Time moves fast and slow at the same time. May Rhona always rest in peace, and I thank everyone who took time to learn anout her.
For those asking, I went and bought a 35mm Sigma art lens that works great in low light in order to shoot freely at night time. No grain and looks fire. Additional shots were taken with a Sony A7C that my boy Carlos trusted me with when he rolled with me to Chinatown for the shoot. Also wanna thank my cousin Mario ‪@mariobenitezdotcom‬​ for rollin with me when I went back to the area for more shots. I went down there three different times. Hope I was able to bring the neighborhood to those who've never been there. My next two stories take place in Dyckman/Washington Heights and then we are in lower Manhattan. See you guys soon. 🙌

Good afternoon everyone new and old to the channel! A new video hits the channel tomorrow, Thursday, June 25th and will be my first official video back home in NYC after a series of Baltimore stories. This story will be taking you to an era when this city was a whole different place. A time where there were no food vlogs at cute bakeries, no TikTok dances on random street corners, and no walking tours through the neighborhood. It was a time when gangs ran certain streets, and being on the wrong block at the wrong time could, and often would end in tragedy. Hope you are all able to tune in. I put my new lens to work for this one. If you've never been to this area, no worries. I'm bringing the area to your screens so you feel like you're there. Me and Alyssa's Mother Sandra have always remained in contact since the day she reached out to me, and nothing in the world meant or means more to her than her daughter.
