Here you’ll find calm, easy-to-follow lectures about the universe, designed to be both relaxing and genuinely educational.So when I was an overthinker, I could not sleep for hours, but then I started listening to sleepy music and sounds which helped. Then I came up with this idea why not let these thoughts come, make them cozy, and sleep while overthinking… basically channeling my overthinking into something peaceful.
