Aus et al. is an independent Alternative Pop band hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formed in 2021, the groupās unique moniker combines the name of their vocalist, Aus, with the academic Latin term "et al." ("and the others"), symbolizing a collective of friends coming together from diverse musical backgrounds to create something new.
The 5-piece lineup consists of Aus (vocals & guitar), Jin (bass), Ali Maswari (drums), Azeem (lead guitar), and Hisyam Weng (keys). Committed to creative experimentation and a DIY ethos, the band produces their own music videos and consistently documents their artistic process for fans.
Following their 2023 Live EP, Metodologi, and singles like "Hey Sudahlah!" and "Doa Jumaatku," Aus et al. is currently gearing up for the release of their debut studio album, Analisa, scheduled for December 2025.
