The First All-Female Choir in Nigeria, sharing the gift of African choral excellence with the world.
Founded in 2007 by Gen. Deac. Mrs. Ngozi Okoh of Christ Holy Church International, the 1st All Female Choir in Nigeria was created to provide continuity for women who, due to marital responsibilities, often withdrew from choral singing after marriage. It revived female participation in choral music and led to historic all-female choral competitions in Abuja (2008), Ghana (2011), and Onitsha (2018).
The International All Female Chorale Concert (AFCC) launched in 2019, cementing the choir’s influence. They have since performed in Rwanda, Togo, Benin Republic, the UK, and Nigeria, earning global recognition and numerous awards.
With each performance, they elevate female choral music, inspiring future generations. Led by Gen. Deac. Mrs. Ngozi Okoh, they prove that the voices of women in choral music can resonate worldwide! 🎶✨
