🚫 Harassment Isn’t About Time — It’s About Consent

👉 Legally, you don’t have to react immediately for it to be real. And that changes everything.

1️⃣IT MAY SEEMED OBVIOUS BUT BY LAW IT WASN'T

⏱️ A flight attendant at Malpensa Airport was sexually harassed by a union leader who touched her without consent. The lower court dismissed it, saying it was “too quick” to matter. But Italy’s Supreme Court (Cassazione) stepped in: even a few seconds of non-consensual contact counts as sexual harassment.

2️⃣ Freezing doesn’t mean you agreed.

😶‍🌫️ In moments of fear or shock, it’s normal to freeze. Just because you didn’t fight back immediately doesn’t mean you consented — and now the law acknowledges that.

3️⃣ Power is never a free pass.

💼 This man held authority, but that doesn’t justify his actions. No one has the right to touch you without consent, no matter their title or position.

4️⃣ Justice that listens helps change culture.

⚖️ When courts recognize the reality of harassment, they send a message: survivors are heard, respected, and protected. That’s a win for every woman.

5️⃣ Your reaction time doesn’t define your worth.

🧠 Trauma doesn’t follow a script. What matters is what he did — not how fast you responded. Every story like this helps break the silence and build a stronger future.
We believe in what we say, and this is the reason why we have created a safe place for each woman to feel safe and help those who need it.

🚨 5 Red Flags to Watch Out For When Walking Alone:
Someone is walking behind you at the same pace for too long.

Even if it seems coincidental, if they stop when you stop — change direction or enter a safe public space.

A car slows down next to you more than once.

Especially if they seem to be watching you or circling around. Stay alert.

The street suddenly feels too empty — and you feel watched.

Trust that gut feeling. If something feels off, it probably is.

Someone tries to force a random conversation or asks weird personal questions.

If the vibe feels off or too invasive, you don’t owe anyone a response. Just walk away.

You feel something isn’t right — FOLLOW YOUR GUT.

Intuition is your best defense. Don’t wait for “proof” — your instincts are enough.

🌟 THE 5 D’s TO HELP A WOMAN DURING A HARASSMENT 🌟

When you see someone being harassed, these 5 simple actions can make ALL the difference.
You don’t need to be a hero — just take a step.

⭐ 1. DISTRACT
Break the tension. Pretend you know her. Ask for directions. Drop something. Say anything to interrupt the situation without confrontation.

“Hey! Weren’t we in the same class last year?”

⭐ 2. DELEGATE
Get help. Alert security, staff, a friend, or someone nearby. You don’t have to act alone.

“Excuse me, can you check on that girl over there?”

⭐ 3. DOCUMENT
If it’s safe, record the incident discreetly. Focus on what’s happening, faces, and context. Always ask the victim later if they want the footage.

“Would you like me to send this video to you?”

⭐ 4. DELAY
Check in after. When things calm down, approach her with care.

“Hey, are you okay? Do you need help or someone to talk to?”

⭐ 5. DIRECT
If you feel safe, speak up clearly. Set a boundary with the harasser.

“Stop bothering her. That’s not okay.”

💬 YOU have power. USE it.
