Silver Forecast recently reached out directly to Giant Mining regarding the recent drop in the stock price and concerns many shareholders have had about dilution, warrants, Majuba Hill, and the company’s long-term plans.
According to Giant Mining, the recent decline appears tied in part to the expanded ATM financing program, which can create pressure as new shares are issued. The company stated that it does not currently expect additional shares beyond the ATM offering at this time, although that could change depending on future capital needs.
Giant also said there are currently no large warrant positions at these price levels that they believe would create major selling pressure.
On Majuba Hill, they stated that roads are already in place and that power, water, and transportation infrastructure are nearby. Their main goal for 2026 is to complete a maiden mineral resource estimate, with drilling beginning in early June and an expanded exploration program planned.
The company also indicated that its likely long-term path would be to partner with or sell to a larger mining company rather than build and operate a mine themselves.
Silver Forecast does own shares in Giant Mining, so keep that in mind as you read this. Giant Mining is a very speculative junior mining stock and not a core investment.
