Hi! I love plastic and visual arts, crafts, nail care, pretty desserts, trying things and sharing my thoughts, so I created this place for that. Weekly Uploads!
Hi! Hope you´re great. I´ve been very much gone lately, various reason but the latest, there´s a family emergency (family member going to surgery next week) and I haven´t been very creative to make DIY. Hopefully after next week, it all settles down in my mind. ALSO while that happens, I created a brand new channel for all my reviews: @HelloQuickReviews, so I´ve been moving all my reviews there. I feel like people who like DIYs don´t really like reviews. If are into my Reviews or short form reviews, join me there! xx
Hi beautiful people! Wanted to say hi and sorry I haven't been posting. Here's what's going on: 1. December 2025 I went to visit my parents/attended fam business, stayed there longer that I thought (months, really) but I didn´t bring anything to record content with me. 2. Came back home to my fur kids and my eldest fur kid (my beloved 15 y/o puppy) is just going through it because of his age. He requires assistance day and night, to walk, stand up, etc. I love him dearly & I don´t know for how long will God bless me with him so I just have to figure out my own schedules, but that’s been keeping me busy/tired, he's like a special needs boy who needs care 24/7. 3. I got some visits and not much space in my place, so I´m figuring out my setup because I miss sharing content. 4. Finally, I'm moving on to shorts, that's what makes more sense for my content.
Hi guys! I hope you are doing great. Truth to be told, I have been struggling with an uploading schedule for my YouTube channel “itsRenee” for a while. I had been doing Wednesdays & Saturdays for my DIYs in the past but life just gets in the way for me, and what would happen is I'd upload on Wednesdays but then nothing on Saturdays. So, instead of making promises I can't keep, I´ll stick to just Saturdays. I hope to see you then!
YOU GUYS!!!! I'm deeply sorry for the lack of content on my channel lately, I just have been moving, packing, getting rid of a bunch of stuff I was keeping just for the memories, unpacking, then again realizing I still had a lot of stuff just for the memories those things hold, finding a place to donate them, then arranging my belongings and my life in this new much much much smaller place, and now my new challenge is to find a place in my studio where I can film content for you. Thank you for being here, I really appreciate you!
Hi guys! Lately I haven't been posting content because life has been challenging, from having to move out and not finding a place, to finding a place and starting packing your life with 2 vulnerable furry kids. Everything takes its toll but hopefully next month will be brighter and lighter giving me mental capacity to create and share. In the meantimes I hope you are having a good time and feel free to check out my previous stuff.
Hi guys! Sorry for my lack of content but you know the expression "when life gives you lemons..", life gave me so many I simply run out of hands, between physical conditions and other stuff, I´m working on sorting things out, BUT meanwhile please check out my latest DIY, if you haven´t yet!
Hi guys, last week I shared that I had a bit of an accident with a very sharp veggie peeler in my thumbnail, that´s healed thank God, but since I was already there I decided I might as well start with another treatment for my thumbnails I´ve been postponing for a while & I´ll take a small break from posting. I explain.
Every time I glue press ons, after a week, my thumbnails are the first to show growth the fastest while the rest of my nails still look freshly-ish glued with a bit of growth but not too much. And I don´t like that look, manis look uneven.. sooo what I´d do is remove them before the glue started to wear off, sometimes I´d do some filing soak them in acetone then remove with my clippers, but some other times I wouldn't even bother with that and I´d remove them with my teeth, so aggressive and desperate like if there was no tomorrow and my life 5 minutes from there depended on it. Nasty, I know. Basically, ripping them off, so of course that caused damage on my nails, and before the peeler incident I´d just try to "hide" the damage by glueing another set and just ignore the problem, the peeler just forced me take a break from my press ons, look at how bad the problem was and just deal with this once and for all. Maybe some day I´ll show you the before and after, hoping there IS progress, so 1) we can be grossed out together and 2) you never do this to yourself and just remove your press ons nice and properly.
I'm letting you all know my darkest secrets (jk) these behind the scenes cause I´ll take a break from recording to give this treatment on my thumbnails a little bit of time, a much needed break from anything. If I post any press on reviews, it´s pre-recorded. Take care, everyone!
Hi guys! I hope this finds you well. The other day I was peeling a potato and I had a little accident with my nail (my thumb nail that is.. it had to be the one that you need the most, for everything, its so annoying haha), I won't get too graphic and is not that bad but I need it to heal before I go on and record my next dessert DIY so that it doesn´t look gross and I can have a cute mani for the camera, I could put a bandage and press record but is not the look I want. I have some chocolate crackle heart shaped cookies in mind, sounds yummy, right? Imagine the image below but heart shaped and a bit bigger. But first I´ll give this nail time to heal. Have a lovely week, everyone!
