I use colors to show workout intensity. Work intervals are the same, but rest periods are twice as long for weighted workouts:
BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS
→ YELLOW: 40 sec work, 20 sec rest
→ RED: 45 sec work, 15 sec rest
DUMBBELLS & KETTLEBELL WORKOUTS
→ YELLOW: 40 sec work, 40 sec rest
→ RED: 45 sec work, 30 sec rest
CHANNEL OVERVIEW
▸ Explore a variety of workouts suitable for everyone, from beginner to advanced
▸ Workouts: Bodyweight Exercises, Dumbbell Routines, Kettlebell Workouts, and Targeted Pain Relief Sessions
▸ 5 to 45 minutes
→ Each workout includes: warm up at the start, main training session, and cooldown at the end
→ All videos feature audible timers for easy follow-along
→ Workouts longer than 20 minutes feature LONG RESTS to ensure proper recovery.
