You built the career, income and lifestyle. But you can’t enjoy it being tired, overweight and your health declining.
You didn’t work this hard and come this far just to watch your body start to fall apart. Your next chapter starts with one decision. The same way mine did.
From sleep apnea and 59 lbs overweight to operating at a higher standard, glowing with confidence and becoming the leader his family always knew was deep inside him.
That’s the real transformation.
Lance is one of my private clients. Business owner in tech, husband and a father. When him and his wife joined he was carrying 59 extra pounds, sleeping with a CPAP machine, and dealing with low energy and fatigue every single day.
He was showing up for his business and his family.
But not at the level he knew deep down he was capable of.
He made the decision to get this handled. Not a diet. Not a quick fix. A personalized approach built around his life. 59 lbs later. Sleep apnea is gone. His energy is back. His confidence is back. He’s in the gym consistently now and it’s not a struggle anymore. He’s sharper at work, more present at home, and carrying himself with the standard of excellence.
This is what it looks like when a professional decides their body and health deserves the same standard they give everything else.
My Grandpa Leroy was joyful, hardworking, and one of my earliest role models. We’d wake up early and watch Thundercats, Spider-Man, and Transformers together — that’s where my love for Marvel and superheroes started.
But behind the smiles and Saturday morning cartoons… he was struggling.
Tired. Obese. Living on soul food and soda.
Eventually, sleep apnea crept in. I remember walking into his room one day and instead of his usual grin, he was laying there with a machine strapped to his face. That machine — a CPAP — was trying to help him breathe.
At 46 years old, while getting a sleep study done, he had a heart attack in his sleep.
Gone. Just like that 😞
And it crushed me.
But here’s what I want you to take from this…
Before he passed, it was my grandpa and his two sisters Annette and Louis. And he was the glue for our family. And when he passed, it left a void we still feel to this day.
As high-achievers, we pride ourselves on providing for those we love and care about. But ignoring your health to take care of your family is like ignoring the oxygen mask on a crashing plane — you can’t help anyone if you don’t help yourself.
If your clothes are tighter… your sleep is worse… your blood pressure and blood sugar are creeping in the wrong direction — those are warning signs.
Don’t wait for a wake-up call like we had with Grandpa.
Prioritize your health — for the people who love you most.

You’ve built a successful career… Now imagine how much you could achieve by building a body that matches your success.
Most people think “weight loss”…
But what they really need to think is alignment.
Weight loss thinking is surface-level.
It leads to temporary results… and long-term disappointment.
But the people who win at this? They don’t chase trends, generic workouts or cookie cutter diets.
They make decisions that are fully aligned with their values, their vision, and the future version of themselves.
Because this isn’t about losing a few pounds.
This is about becoming the person who walks into any room with presence, energy, confidence and a feeling of respect.
That means: ✅ Fueling like someone who protects their energy ✅ Training like someone who prioritizes their image ✅ Living like someone who has a standard of excellence
Your body isn’t just a “goal.”
It’s your #1 asset.
And when you live by a standard of excellence with your body and health…
You show up with a glowing unshakable confidence in your career.
You lead by example and set a new standard for your family, friends and team.
This is more than weight loss. It’s a transformation.
Deep down YOU KNOW there’s more to your life.
It’s time to let go of the old and comfortable you. And step into the future version of yourself.
Because all successful people know… “comfort zone” is where all dreams die.
So if your career says “high performer”… But your body and health isn’t there yet —
Let’s make the shift 🔥
Go here if you’re ready to step into the 2.0 version of yourself: jayjacksonofficial.com/lifestyle-vsl
A few years ago, I remember looking in the bathroom mirror and asking myself…
“Man, what are you doing with your life? If something doesn’t change now, it’s only going to get worse.”
I was stressed over bills. Worried about clients. Eating like garbage just to cope. Head pounding from the pressure.
Then my dad told me something that hit me like a ton of bricks:
“Son, you’ve got my blood. You’re a hustler. As long as we’re out here, we’re going to make money. Keep pushing.”
That moment shifted everything.
Not because money magically appeared. But because I realized I wasn’t waiting on someone else to save me.
I just had to believe in myself.
To remember I was “that guy.”
And that’s exactly how every high achiever should feel. Man or women.
I don’t care if you’ve gained weight, went broke, or went through a bad breakup. LEADERS RISE.
Leaders don’t make excuses, settle or quit.
Leaders find a way out of no way.
In times of adversity, leaders do think or act based on their current situation… leaders make decisions and build habits based on the version of themselves they know deep down they are meant to become.
Your breakthrough is coming.
But it won’t come from just thinking about it, or procrastinating.
It comes from putting in the work and demanding more from yourself.
As you start moving in alignment with the person you know you’re meant to be — you’ll become leaner, happier and full of energy and confidence.
That way, you excel in your personal and professional life.
Not just for you… but for your family, your team and anyone else who is depending on you and praying for you to win.
“Some people want it to happen. Some wish it would happen. Others make it happen.” – Michael Jordan 💯
He’d tried everything — crash diets, keto, Atkins, Weight Watchers. Sometimes he’d lose a few pounds, but it always came back. He was doing everything right on paper, but nothing seemed to stick.
The gym was even more frustrating…
Walking in, not knowing if the workouts he chose were right, if he was wasting his time, or if he was just spinning his wheels. It left him stressed, drained, and wondering if lasting change was even possible.
Then Brandon came across my page on Instagram.
He saw transformation after transformation, story after story of busy professionals just like him dropping 30, 40, 50+ pounds — all without starving, cutting carbs, or living on chicken and broccoli. That’s when he made the decision to take control and join.
The results? In just his first 3 months, Brandon dropped over 20 pounds.
Fast forward 10 months, and he’s down an incredible 67 pounds.
He trains 4 days a week, fuels his body with a flexible nutrition plan that fits his lifestyle, and still enjoys the foods he loves.
But the weight loss is only part of the story…
Brandon now has the energy to show up sharp in his professional life, and the confidence to be his best self at home with his partner.
His journey proves one thing: when you stop guessing, stop chasing fad diets, and start following a proven system, you become unstoppable.
I wanted to take a moment to celebrate him.
His dedication, commitment and relentless effort to become that man deep down he knows he’s meant to be.
His transformation 3-6 months from now will be mind blowing 🔥
This is BIGGER than weight loss… it’s transformation.
I grew up watching him behind the wheel of nice rides — I’ll never forget him pulling up in his sport Cadillac, full of energy and talkative. He was a veteran. A hard worker. A man who, even without a perfect relationship with my dad, passed down traits that shaped him — consistency, work ethic, and the drive to be a role model for his kids.
But as he got older, dementia took its toll.
And it reminded me of how fragile life really is.
It also brought me back to the memory of my other grandfather, who passed away at just 46 years old. Overweight. Sleep apnea. Heart attack. Gone way too soon.
Two men who helped shape me in different ways — one through resilience and consistency, the other through the painful reminder of what happens when we don’t care for our health.
And here’s why I’m sharing this with you…
Your habits today aren’t just about you.
They’re about the legacy you’re leaving for the people watching you — your kids, your family, your team. You can either pass down strength, energy, and leadership… or pass down cycles of stress, poor health, trauma and regret.
That’s why I do what I do.
To help high achievers align their body with their ambition. To drop the weight, reclaim their energy, and show up as leaders in every area of life.
Because legacy isn’t just the car you drive, your wealth portfolio or the money you make. True legacy is the health, presence, and example you leave behind.
Rest in peace, Grandpa.
Thank you for the lessons — and the reminder of what truly matters ♥️
Help me congratulate my client Kataka — down 52 pounds in just 8 months 🔥
When Kataka first reached out, he was exhausted.
The long shifts, the stress, the weight creeping up year after year… it left him frustrated with how his clothes fit and how he felt looking in the mirror.
He told me, “I’m tired of feeling tired… and I know if I don’t change now, it’s only going to get worse. And I want to enjoy my retirement when that day comes”
That’s when we built him a plan that actually fit his life. No starving, no crazy workouts, no cookie-cutter diets.
In his first 12 weeks, he dropped 21 lbs just by dialing in his nutrition. That really got him motivated for more🔥
So we layered in a lifestyle based training plan designed around his demanding career — and the fat really started melting off.
His waistline shrunk, his energy came back, and he started showing up at a high level at work and at home.
Now 52 lbs down, he’s living proof: ✅ You’re never “too busy.” ✅ You’re never “too old.” ✅ And your career doesn’t have to cost you your health.
Kataka — I couldn’t be more proud of you. Your discipline, consistency, and refusal to make excuses are exactly why you’re winning.
This is what it’s about: building a body that matches the life you’ve worked so hard for.

Westlake high school 2008. I watched all my homies on the football team get scholarships to college.
Me… well… I was doing sprints up and down the lawn side of my mom’s apartment HOPING for an opportunity.
Feeling like the BIGGEST failure everyday.
Then one day I got a call to come play junior college ball in Arkansas. I spent a year there. Then transferred to Georgia Tech.
But the day before classes started I was shocked to find out my acceptance letter wasn’t actually an official letter.
So I decided to apply to go to Georgia state university.
But I was missing 3 credits that didn’t transfer.
So I enrolled into Atlanta metropolitan college. Earned the credits. Re-applied and got into Georgia state university.
I decided to walk on to the football team. Didn’t make the cut. Tried again. Made the team.
After my 2nd year, the reality set in. My dreams of going to the NFL came to an end. And the depression set in.
Up to that point, football was MY LIFE.
I decided to man up. And go all in on personal training.
A few years in, I was approached about network marketing. I jumped in. Became one of the youngest high earners. Company went backwards. I went broke.
I jumped back in training.
This time ALL IN.
I built wonderful relationships. Made good money. But got burned out. I didn’t feel fulfilled anymore. So I invested in several biz mentors with little financial return. And…
In the middle of my transition from in person training to coaching… COVID and all the overhead nearly bankrupt me.
I started to second guess everything.
I decided to bet on myself.
I wrote 2 books.
I invested in yet another biz mentor. And it paid off BIG TIME. I bought one of my dream cars C8 Vette. I help successful men and women with their image and health. I have over 200k followers across all platforms. And doing something I’m passionate about.
I don’t say this to impress you.
I say this because high achievers know failure is apart of the game. We don’t stray away from it. It builds us and shapes our character. It makes us battle tested. And allows us to have the confidence to adapt and excel.
She’s down over 100 pounds and loving her new body!
I just want to take a moment to congratulate my client Ann on her life-changing transformation…
Before Ann joined my coaching program, she felt trapped in a body she wasn’t happy with. The excess weight wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was impacting her health, forcing her to spend money on medications, and making her daily life painful.
Every day was a reminder that if she didn’t make a change, things would only get worse.
But Ann’s motivation went beyond herself…
She wanted to be a health role model for her son, to be present, active, and full of energy for him.
She was tired of the failing with the generic diets and cookie cutter workouts. She knew she needed a professional to create a system that actually fit her fitness level and demanding career.
Fast forward 12 months — Ann dropped 80 pounds, and in just a year and a half, she’s down 104 pounds.
But the transformation is bigger than the numbers on the scale…
Now she loves her body, her energy is through the roof, and her confidence and presence is felt in every room she enters.
She no longer worries about what her health might cost her, and she finally has a lifestyle that supports her ambitions, her family, and her life.
Ann’s story proves this:
You don’t have to sacrifice your health for success in your career. With the right plan, even if you’re busy…most high-achieving men and women can still build a body they’re proud of without slowing down success in their career or giving up the foods they enjoy.
In reality, the more you work on YOU…
The more you’re able to show up as your best self in your personal and professional life.
if you’re tired of dieting and working out but still not seeing the results you want. Let’s fix it together, so that things don’t get worse…
