🔮MESSAGE FROM SPIRIT🔮
💔 In both my personal life and my work as a medium this message keeps coming up again and again of late

“I don’t know if I can live without them”
Or
“ I just want to be with them”

Please appreciate that there’s a big difference between not wanting to live your life without them and actually wanting to end your life

So often people hear the previous statements and think people are suicidal yet this is actually a huge realisation within grief

Grief can make the world feel heavy, empty, lonely and unfair
Missing someone so deeply can leave you feeling lost

Please know your loved ones in spirit don’t want you to stop living
Far from it
They want you to start feeling again

They want you to laugh, to love, to cry, to heal, to dance, to fall apart and get back up again
They want you to LIVE
For you And for them

You’re still here for a reason
And it’s okay to take your time during the grief process

🤍 You don’t have to rush your healing But please know you do deserve to keep going

If you are someone who has or is struggling with the loss of a loved one and you feel like you cannot go on without them please know they are with you always

They are in your heart, in your memories and they often they walk by your side and the very last thing they want is for you to stop living your life

Let them talk.
Let them judge.

Let them be who they are.

You see, people will always have opinions, and not all of them will make sense to you.
But that’s not your burden to carry.
Let them say what they need to say
It doesn’t change your truth.
Let them do what they need to do.
It doesn’t change your path.

Let them make mistakes.
Let them fall.
Let them learn in their own time, just as you’ve had to.

You can’t fix everyone, and you’re not meant to.
Growth comes from the struggle, and everyone’s path is their own.

Let them love how they love.
Let them dream their dreams, even if they seem too small or too big to you.
Let them be messy, flawed, and imperfectly perfect humans.

The world isn’t meant to be perfect, and neither are the people in it.
Let them be themselves.
In doing so, you FREE yourself to be YOU.

Because at the end of the day, your peace comes from letting go.
Your restrictions come from holding on.

Don’t continue to hold on for too long.
