Swimming in the sun 🌞 that’s all we want right?🤩🙌
I’m always so happy whenever I get the opportunity to swim outside 🥰
I think in swimming changing environment/going outside can change a lot and add a lot to our motivation to do the sport🙌
I love swimming basically more than anything else but we must admit that it can be very monotonous, especially on the elite level when those daily 2-3 trainings are heavily required😮💨
Swimming in the sun can definitely add an extra boost to training 💪
