Extremely joyous and proud to report our *first pregnancy following the novel microwave ablation* for Adenomyosis!!!
We at Isha Women’s Hospital , are the first centre in Thane district and amongst only handful in India to start Novel Microwave ablation treatment for adenomyosis.
For the record this patient had undergone adenomyomectomy before and yet she had the disease progression and not only she was in intolerable pain but she also had obvious difficulty in conceiving.
For a 6 cm adenomyoma we did Microwave ablation along with endometriosis surgery . After three months we did frozen embryo transfer and got this wonderful news yesterday 🙏😊
