PureGameplaysonHARD Dero

Hi there! My name is Piotr and I am a mixture of a casual/hardcore gamer, it depends on the title. An achievement who(r)e as well. In this channel, I will try to upload gameplays that present the pure gaming experience of some (in my opinion) interesting titles. No commentary (not yet), no unnecessary grinding or lollygagging, no skipped cutscenes. Videos are to present games as they are, including first-time experience (so expect stupid deaths or getting lost in the interface). Most of the games I plan to upload here will be less known titles that I find interesting or worth recommending for casual gamers who are tired of the top AAA titles available on the market. The playthroughs are, mostly, my first attempts or playthroughs after many years. However, regardless my profficiency in a particular game, I always choose the highest possible difficulty in the game (if it is available from the very beginning) to present the peculiar process of learning game mechanics on the spot:)

Apparently, YT has just deactivated advanced features on my channel. One of the reasons might be that my videos were against the community rules... I wonder which of the Crimson Desert, Roadcraft or FFXV videos were against the said rules. BUT in order to regain my access to advanced features, I can post my ID or scan my face and then my videos will be considered safe. Insane...

I have never felt the urge to publish an actual post on my channel, but I guess it is now time for me to do it. I just want to briefly describe what gameplays will be uploaded in the nearest future:
- because I purchase a Steam Deck and find it to be one of my best gaming purchases ever (along with a Retro Freak), I will keep posting "brief Steam Deck tests" with all the games that simply come to my mind at a particular moment. It will help me out with organizing my enormous pile of shame as well as probably find new games that I could make a full playthrough of. These tests might include everything, from triple As or good ol' titles of the yesteryear to little-known gems or peculiarities marked as "unsupported" on Steam;
- there are now two playthroughs in the making that I would love to finish: Judgment on PS4 Pro (I'm almost done with playing through and uploading the main story) as well as Kingdoms of Amalur: The Re-Reckoning on PS4 Pro, this will be a much longer "project" due to the games length, but I would love to finish it with all the new content because I simply love KoA.
- Final Fantasy XV remains my main target to "scratch off" the list but there is still so much side content I want to finish and upload.
Although I really try to post videos more regularly and at shorter intervals, my work schedule can be very tight, so I can simply have no time left for all the gaming, let alone recording, processing and posting videos.
Several months ago, I switched to posting videos in 1440p. Since my avermedia records in FHD and I don't feel the urge to swap to 4k for now (especially when I moved from playing on PC to Steam Deck) but I still want to squeeze as much quality from the videos as possible, to show you guys the best visuals possible. YT has been butchering the quality like crazy. Due to compression, FHD videos no longer look that good and in some cases it's more like a 720p video at best. That is why each major video is now processed through a free piece of software called Staxrip which renders it to 1440p and only then I post it on YT. The downside is that it takes much more time (the conversion may even take up to 4 hours, depending on the video length).
Aaand I think I need to end the post here, because it was supposed to be brief, but I have already turned it into an essay... Cheers everyone!
