Meet Shiro, the fluffy superstar of Ayala Malls Albay! 🐱🤍

During my visit, I stumbled upon this adorable white cat relaxing inside the C and F Gift Shop, and I instantly fell in love. This was actually my first time seeing a cat in a café, and Shiro made the experience even more memorable.

Just look at that fluffy fur, those gentle eyes, and that calm personality. He seemed completely at home, greeting customers and quietly enjoying the cozy atmosphere. I couldn’t stop taking photos because every angle was just too cute!

If you’re visiting Ayala Malls Albay, keep an eye out for Shiro. He might just become your favorite part of the day too. 🥰

We recently had the chance to experience OHANA Mountain Resort & Campsite, and honestly… it completely exceeded my expectations.

To be transparent, I’m not really into camping. So when I heard we were staying at a mountain camping site, I wasn’t expecting much. But the moment we arrived and saw the view from the top, I was genuinely amazed. The place is incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and the scenery? So romantic. It’s the kind of spot where you just want to sit quietly, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and appreciate the moment. First impression — solid 10/10 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

It easily became one of the best camping sites I’ve ever been to.

What made the experience even better was the people behind it. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were equally warm and accommodating. You can really feel the genuine hospitality. Another 10/10 for customer service (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

The food was reasonably priced and tasted good too — I’d rate it 8/10. Sulit for the experience and location. Just take note that they only accept GCash and cash payments, so come prepared (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Aside from camping, they also offer room accommodations with breakfast included, which is perfect for those who want the mountain experience but with a bit more comfort.

And for fur parents — they are pet-friendly! That’s another big plus for me. Definitely 10/10 for being inclusive and welcoming to our furry companions (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

We even shared an activity idea with the owner — something similar to the fun “flying broom” photo experience in Siquijor, where guests jump while holding a broom and snap photos that look like you’re flying like a witch. The owner loved the concept and is considering it for future guests. It’s exciting to think we might have contributed a little creative spark to the place. 🧹🧙‍♀️

Getting there, you have two access roads. One is shorter but a bit tricky and challenging, while the other is longer but safer and wider. I’d personally recommend the safer route, especially if you’re not used to steep or narrow roads.

Overall, I’d confidently give OHANA Mountain Resort a 9/10 for the entire experience. It’s peaceful, romantic, hospitable, and truly refreshing. (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Wishing them more guests and even more improvements this year. This place definitely deserves to be discovered.

I visited NUSTAR Resort Glass Skydeck Cebu on February 1, 2026 — their very first day opening the glass skydeck to the public — and here’s my honest review. 🏙️

First, the view really delivers. You get that wide Cebu City skyline, the sea on one side, and the mountains in the distance. Being on the glass deck adds that extra thrill, especially when you look straight down. Sunset time is the sweet spot because you see the transition from daylight to city lights, and that part alone makes the visit worth it.

What stood out the most to me was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely friendly. They know how to properly approach and address guests, which makes the experience feel more premium. They’re also very accommodating — they answer questions patiently and even help take photos and videos, suggesting good angles. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially in a place where everyone wants nice shots.

The experience right now is more of a “go up, enjoy the view, take photos, stay for a bit” kind of activity rather than somewhere you’ll stay long — but that’s also because of the time limit.

Some suggestions I think could make the experience even better:
• Adding a small coffee shop or café beside the glass deck would be nice. People would probably stay longer and enjoy the view more with drinks.
• The 15-minute time allowance feels short, especially for visitors who want more photos and videos. A bit more time would help.
• Offering an optional drone-shot photo or video service could be a great idea and an additional income stream for them.
• Extending operating hours in the evening, maybe until 8 PM, would allow more people to catch both sunset and Cebu’s night lights.

Overall, for their first day of public opening, I’d rate the experience 8/10 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).

It’s already a great spot, and with a few improvements, it can easily become one of Cebu’s must-visit view decks.
