Reminder for PC players: Star Trek Online is doing a stress test on the Tribble test server at 1pm PT at Deep Space Nine! If you're planning to take part in the mayhem, be sure to copy a character over to Tribble (link below). I'd recommend getting there early to sort out your build because some of your loadout info may not transfer over (I had to rebuild my whole power tray).
Also, keep in mind that DS9 is a social zone, so not all console abilities will function there. You may want to adjust your build accordingly.

Based off suggestions made last yeah, I divided this year's Top 10's in account for just playable ship stats and for ships that are valued for their traits/consoles. Do you guys like this format better? Do you prefer the old format? Do you think this format needs further refinement?
Personally, I think this format worked fine. Having more defined parameters for each list helped keep them more focused on what defined them as being good, I think. The only other thing to consider is that it requires twice the videos, which means twice the amount of work.
I saw some suggest refining the Top 10's to be focused on specific ships/builds. Top 10 Cruisers, Top 10, Escorts, Top 10 Sci Ships, and such. Honestly, at that point, I'd probably start cutting them down to Top 5 lists. And even then, four videos to cover what is basically one topic is already a lot.

With all the other stuff I'm trying to get done, I don't have much time to do a video on the Gral Command Scout. Also, because it's an Infinity Lockbox ship, I don't think enough of you are going to care about it to make a video worth doing, so I'll do a quick first impression of the ship here.
The ship itself is interesting. Being a Scout, it's effectively a Science Raider, so lots of Universal seating. Command/Pilot is an interesting combo. Could make a decent Sci/Torp build. The Command seating will help the torps. Pilot brings and Uncon trigger and allows you to make use of Synthetic Good Fortune (Equinox's trait, buffs crit chance and control expertise). Actually, speaking of Equinox, the two ships are very similar, so if you like Equinox, you may like the Gral.
Console is good if you want to make a Stealth themed build. Kinda the opposite of a typical Tank build, helps with healing, but while a Tank usually wants to generate threat to call attention to itself, this console helps you hide and heal. Then tries to help you be ready for battle when existing stealth by reducing boff cooldowns and buffing crit chance when exiting stealth. Interesting console, but I think is going to only appeal to certain players wanting this sort of stealth playstyle.
The trait will be useful for Support builds since it lowers enemy damage resistance, meaning everyone on the deal will be dealing more damage to affected enemies.
Overall: decent ship. Not amazing, but will probably appeal to some who are seeking a unique playstyle that fits their interest.

Right now I'm working on the review video for NV Multi-Mission Temporal Cruiser, the last of the new ships from the 16th Anniversary bundle. I've got the build done, I just need to record and edit the video so hopefully that'll be out soon. It's an okay ship, but as always, I have opinions to express about it.
I also want to do a final "overall opinion" video on the bundle now that I've had a chance to test everything in it just to give you all an informed opinion if you're still debating on getting the bundle or just one or two ships or nothing at all. That'll happen after the NV's video.
I'm also thinking about possibly doing a dedicated Enterprise-era theme build. Something focused on Star Trek Enterprise themed gear for the new ships, since there's more than a few of those in game not available in the bundle. I'll probably do this on the Legendary NX because I already have that one upgraded, but I will include alterations for the Lobi NX Refit (it's just a matter of adapting the boff seating). Still thinking about how I'm gonna do this one, but it's something I want to do because this bundle's release to the best time/excuse to do it.
After all that, I intent to move on to my annual Top 10 lists for ships in the C-store and Premium Ship Prizes for the Event Campaign. I'm going to do this one a little differently, though. In the past, I've chosen ships by both playable stats and by the console/traits they come with, and I think it creates a lack of focus on these lists. I remember a view suggested splitting these into separate lists, one of Top 10 ships based on their stats, and a separate list for Top 10 ships based on the stuff they come equipped with (console, trait, unique experimental weapon and/or hangar pets). With how many ships there are in STO nowadays, I think this is the best way to do it going forward. So this year there will be four Top 10 list videos: one for C-store ships to play, one for C-store ships with good accessories, and one of each of those for Premium ships available in this year's Event Campaign.
So yeah, that's the plan, currently. I'm gonna get back to work now.
