Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO) is a department under the Provincial Government of Aklan (PGA)
that assists the local chief executive and other officials in the selection, hiring and promotion of personnel. It formulates and implements developmental plans/programs, policies, practices, rules and regulations in all areas of personnel
management and development.
