Ji-Hyun Lee, also known as Jihae (知海) Coach,
is a professional coach and HR consultant actively engaged in supporting the growth and development of individuals and organizations.

She has extensive experience working as an HR professional and executive in a large corporation.
In 2006, she was captivated by the power of coaching to support leaders' growth,
which led her to earn a Ph.D. with a focus on coaching leadership.

She holds the KSC certification from the Korea Coach Association and the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the United States.
