Very soon we will finish our stay in Indonesia...
The past 5 weeks here have been a complete dream come true. We have taken time to slow down and really get in touch with who we are as people and what we want out of life. Something that it seems like many of you have been working with as well.

I (Wyatt) have taken my Yoga practice to new heights because the large quantity of classes I have taught, both in person and recorded for the ‪@YogaWithWyatt‬ YouTube channel! Lindsay came into the stay feeling as though so many aspects of her life she was doing because she "had" to do them. Not because she "wants" to do them. This mind set is one of survival... Not of expansion, not of creation. So after much deep soul searching she has made many changes in her mindset to switch from "have to" into "want to" or "get to." Anything devoid of passion will be let go of going forward. 🙏🏻

Our chapter in Indonesia very much supported this shift in mindset in the both of us. Grateful for our time here... South Korea is our next stop. Videos to come, blessings and love from Lindsay and I. 🥰❤️‍🔥

As of April 29th, I (Wyatt) turned 29 years old. Very happy to be here, alive and in my 29th year of life. 4 years ago MGK sung "I'm 29 and my anxiety is eating me alive" I loved those lyrics and the song he sung them in. At the time I resonated so deeply with a conscious eating me alive as that is how I felt day in and out...

All I wanted though was to wake up at 29 and those lyrics not mean anything to me. To be able to transcend my demons and leave behind a life of mental illness. Waking up a couple mornings ago as a 29 year old having found peace and balance in a way that back then, I never would have guessed possible was my real birthday gift this year.
