University | Internship | Content Creation - මේ ඔක්කොම Balance කරන්නේ කොහොමද? 🤔

හුඟක් අය මගෙන් අහන ප්‍රශ්නයක් තමයි, "කොහොමද මේ ඔක්කොම වැඩ ටික එකට කරගෙන යන්නේ?" කියල. ඇත්තම කිව්වොත්, ඒක ලේසි නැහැ. 😅

මම 4th Year Undergraduate කෙනෙක්. ඒ වගේම මම Intern කෙනෙක් විදියට වැඩ කරනවා. මේ අතරේ මගේ ආසාව නිසා මම YouTube Channel එකකුත් කරනවා.
මේවා මම Balance කරගන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා පොඩි tips 3කින් කියන්නම්:

✅ 1. Priorities හදාගැනීම: හැම දේම එකපාර කරන්න බැහැ. Exam කාලෙට මම University වැඩ වලට මුල් තැන දෙනවා. අනිත් වෙලාවට මම මගේ Career එක හදාගන්න Internship එකේ වැඩ වලට focus කරනවා.

✅ 2. Passion එක: මං ආස කරන path එක කියන්නේ මගේ Job එක විතරක් නෙවෙයි, ඒක මගේ Passion එක. ඒ වගේම YouTube Videos කරන එකෙන් මගේ stress එක අඩු වෙනවා. අපි කරන දේට අපි ආස නම්, ඒකට වෙලාව හොයාගන්න එක අමාරු නෑ.

✅ 3. Continuous Learning: Internship එකේදී ඉගෙන ගන්න දේවල් මගේ Degree එකටත්, Degree එකේ ඉගෙන ගන්න දේවල් Job එකටත් මම පාවිච්චි කරනවා. මේ දේවල් එකිනෙකට සම්බන්ධ කරගත්තම වැඩ ලේසි වෙනවා.

දවසේ පැය 24 මදි වගේ හිතුනත්, දවස අවසානයේ "මම අද අලුත් දෙයක් ඉගෙන ගත්තා නේද" කියලා හිතද්දී දැනෙන සතුට වචනයෙන් කියන්න බැහැ. 🔥
