Creamy Sardine Sandwich
You need to try this creamy sardine sandwich
INGREDIENTS
2 tins sardine
2 boiled eggs (chopped)
Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
Carrot (chopped or grated)
Onion (finely chopped)
Fresh tomatoes (chopped, seeds removed if watery)
Mixed bell peppers (chopped)
Mayonnaise
1tsp of sugar
Bread slices
STEP-BY-STEP METHOD
Step 1:
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Chop the lettuce, carrot, onion, tomatoes, and bell peppers into small pieces.
Boil the eggs, peel, and chop them into small chunks.
Open the sardine tins and place them in a bowl. Lightly mash with a fork.
Step 2:
Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine:
Mashed sardine
Chopped eggs
All the vegetables
Add:
Mayonnaise (enough to make it creamy)
A small pinch of sugar (to balance the taste)
Mix everything together until well combined.
👉 The mixture should be creamy but not too watery.
Step 3:
Taste and Adjust
Taste your mixture and adjust if needed:
Add more mayonnaise for creaminess
Add a little salt if needed (optional, since sardine is already salty)
Step 4:
Assemble the Sandwich
Lay your bread slices flat.
Scoop the sardine mixture and spread evenly on one slice of bread.
Cover with another slice to form a sandwich.
Repeat for the remaining bread.
Step 5:
Cut and Serve
Cut the sandwich into halves or triangles for a neat presentation.
Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for a refreshing taste.

How To Make APPLE GRANOLA (Homemade & Crunchy)
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
--3 cups rolled oats
--1 cup chopped apples (use fresh apple, peeled or unpeeled)
--½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, or cashews)
--¼ cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or sesame – optional)
--½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
-- A pinch of salt(optional)
Wet ingredients
--⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
--¼ cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
--1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
--Optional add-ins (after baking)
--Raisins
--Dried cranberries
--Dates or coconut flakes
Step-by-Step Method
Step 1:
Prepare the Apples
Wash the apples properly.
Cut them into small cubes so they dry well in the oven.
If the apple is very juicy, lightly pat with a paper towel to reduce moisture.
Step 2:
Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, add:
--Rolled oats
--Chopped apples
--Nuts and seeds
--Cinnamon and salt
Mix everything evenly so the apple pieces are well distributed.
Step 3:
Prepare the Wet Mix
In a separate bowl, mix:
--Honey (or maple syrup)
--Coconut Oil
--Vanilla essence
Stir until fully combined.
Step 4:
Combine Everything
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients.
Mix very well until all the oats and apples are coated.
NOTE:
This coating helps the granola become crispy and golden.
Step 5:
Bake the Granola
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
Bake
For 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so it doesn’t burn.
NOTE:
Granola should turn golden brown and smell nutty.
Step 6:
Cool Completely
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
Granola becomes crunchy after cooling, not immediately.
Step 7: Add Optional Extras
Once cooled, add raisins, dried fruits, or coconut flakes.
Mix gently.
How to Serve Apple Granola
With yogurt and fresh fruits
With milk as breakfast cereal

As topping for smoothies or parfaits

Condensed Milk Cake:
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
300g/ All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
150g unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Homemade Chicken Shawarma Recipe
Ingredients:
For the marinade:
500g (1 lb) boneless chicken thighs or breasts
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tsp salt
Seasoning Powder/Cube
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the sauce:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp tahini (optional for extra creaminess)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Other components:
Tortilla Wrap or Pita bread or flatbreads
Fresh vegetables (thinly sliced lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions)
Pickles (optional)
Hot sauce or garlic sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all the spices.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan, skillet, or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking.
Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown and fully cooked. Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
Let the cooked chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, lemon juice, and 1tbps of sugar, a pinch of salt.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Add your vegetables and mix until Creamy
4. Assemble the Shawarma:
Warm the pita bread briefly on a skillet or grill.
Spread a layer of the mayonnaise, ketchup sauce on the TortillaWraporPitabreadorflatbreads.
Add the the chicken,mix fresh vegetables,
Drizzle with more sauce or hot sauce if desired.
Roll or fold the bread tightly to enclose the filling.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the shawarma immediately, paired with fries, a side salad, or just as is!

Instructions:

Place 3 large Eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and place Eggs in cold water to cool. Once cooled, peel the Eggs.
Separate the shell

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the sardine filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one of the longer sides, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
