Happy New Year, everyone!! 😊✨ Just wanted to post another check-in/"life of Koomaxx" update to start off 2026~ The last few months of 2025 were quite busy, especially participating in the Nutcracker (it went amazing btw I'm already excited to keep training for next years audition)!! 🩰
I typically don't like making strict "New Years Resolutions" (mostly because I think it's a bummer if you set super specific goals that you don't end up meeting), but here are some of my broad intentions for the year (sorry for the yap, and this is going to get personal):

CONTENT RELATED:
- I know this may sound silly (but the girlies who get it, get it): I'm kinda over masking or trying to seem "likeable" to as many people as possible, both irl and in videos. It's definitely a life-long, knee-jerk reaction at this point, but I've been trying to put more thought into being genuine and not worrying what other people think (MUCH EASIER SAID THAN DONE LMAO BUT STILL)...
I do think my Zenless Zone Zero "The ___ Experience" series has been great for me in terms of like... being myself??? When I'm just goofing around in the game, running around rummaging for Polychromes and yapping about whatever thought appears in my head I feel my genuine self come out and it's been NICE. I feel comfortable in those videos, and when I'm comfortable, I'm more myself... and when I'm more myself, I hope it makes for a better vibe all around~
I know this seems like common sense, but I've come to realize that these past few years I was chasing things that didn't feel like me. Trying to follow the footsteps of other creators, follow the advice of people who say "just hustle and do whatever it takes even if you don't like it," and trying to make everything *perfect* and suitable for as many eyes as possible. WE'RE OVER IT RAHH. This year I'm going to cover the games that make me feel good, cover topics I like, and just... chill tf out lol. I'd much rather connect with y'all doing silly shit and just having fun in my videos, even if it doesn't connect with as many people.

PERSONAL GOALS:
- I've spoken about this a few times in videos in the past, but I've struggled with lifelong emetophobia. Over the past month I've taken strides to start incorporating exposure therapy into my daily routine.. it's hard af y'all I'm not going to lie, I've lived like this for DECADES and it's gotten way worse over the past 5-6 years in particular. But I'M TRYING. I want to be in a better place this time next year than I am right now, that is my only goal I am setting for myself. Wish me luck!!!! 😬

- As I mentioned earlier, I want to train more in ballet so next year I can audition for a more involved dancing role in the Nutcracker!! Whatever happens happens, but I at least want to try my hardest and see how far I can get with my pointe work~

ANYWAY. That's all from me for now, I hope you guys are doing well!! Thank you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me this past year-- I feel like over the past 3 months in particular I've started to find my footing again I want to keep that momentum going into 2026! CHEERSSSS TO A FRUITFUL YEAR YAYYYYY!!! 🥂 (also lmao just casually dropping a vent bomb and a mental health zinger and then ending with "YAY OKAY BYEEEEE" I SAID WE'RE OVER IT LMAO THIS IS MY TRUTH OKAY BYE BYE)
