IS IT REALLY CHOLESTEROL THAT BLOCK ARTERIES AS PEDDLED BY THE SYSTEM?

Let's see,

When you have hypertension or stroke or heart diseases or even when you do lipid profile a test that checks your different lipids in the body, they say cholesterol is high and therefore it's clogging your arteries cause hypertension or heart diseases. But is this really it?

Let's take a look at how this plaque known as atherosclerosis is formed.

Have you understood how plaque is formed? Don't just accept and regurgitate whatever you are told without questioning.

The most villain in medical world that get blamed on hypertension and stroke is CHOLESTEROL.

They sing this so to anyone whose BP numbers go up. "Your cholesterol is high it will clog your arteries and raise BP and cause heart diseases " so they say.

But is it really cholesterol that cause atherosclerosis ( plaque in the blood vessels)?

Here is a biological truth.

What cause plaque is NOT cholesterol. Why ?

First of all, Atherosclerosis is defined as the hardening and stiffening of arteries following the pile up of the sticky plaque on the endothelium (inner line of a blood artery).

The consequences of these stages inside a blood vessel led to what is known as atherosclerosis which usually happens when there is continuous exposure to chronic inflammation which lead to deposition of plaque inside the blood vessels.

The plaque hardens the blood vessel and makes it narrow , therefore, causing vasoconstriction ( to constrict and reduce its lumen or diameter) and consequently systemic vascular resistance that cause rise in blood pressure

Secondly, The plaque which get deposited in the blood vessel is NOT Cholesterol from eggs, meat and animal fats. How so?

Because a plaque in the artery is composed of ;

• 68% fibrous tissue or collagen which is a result of repair during chronic inflammation that happened because of sugar, seed oils, alcohol , smoking, oxidative stress.

• 16% lipids of which a whopping 74% of these lipids are from unsaturated fats like vegitable oils, margarine, supermarket peanut butter etc

• 8% Calcium which hardens the blood vessels even more. ( Reason I tell you to get Vitamin D3 K2 supplement is to push this calcium out of these stiffened blood vessels).

WHAT IS THE BEST FUEL FOR THE BODY; CARBS OR FATS?

You wouldn’t put low-grade fuel in a high-performance car. It might run. But not smoothly. And not for long. Your body works the same way.

We’re taught to use cheap fuel. Chronic disease is the result. Make sure you don’t run a high-performance engine on the wrong fuel. Many chronic health problems stem from a widely taught idea:

“Glucose is the body’s preferred energy source.”

This concept is taught across medical and nutrition programs worldwide. But it does not align with human physiology. If glucose were truly the ideal fuel, the body would not need to work so hard to remove it from the bloodstream.

Yet after every high-carbohydrate meal, your body rapidly lowers blood sugar levels. This response reflects a protective mechanism, not an optimal metabolic state.

Throughout human evolution, relying primarily on glucose would have been risky. The average lean person stores approximately 100,000 calories of body fat, but only about 1700 calories of glucose. That amount represents less than one day of energy.

When excess glucose enters the bloodstream, the body must deal with it quickly. It does not simply disappear, and it is not eliminated in large quantities. Instead, most excess glucose is converted into stored fat.

Yes, certain cells do require glucose. However, this represents only a small portion of the body’s total energy needs. The body can easily produce the required glucose on its own through natural metabolic processes.

A normal blood sugar level corresponds to roughly one teaspoon of glucose in the entire bloodstream. That is all the body is designed to handle at any given time.

Now consider how much sugar and refined carbohydrates the average person consumes every day from tables sugar, fanta, coke, honey, rice, bread, pasta, rice, corn meal, juices, GMO fruits etc.

The pancreas must constantly release insulin to keep blood sugar in range, creating metabolic strain over time. Sugar was never meant to be the body’s primary fuel source. It is a short-term, emergency fuel source instead. Relying on it long-term leads to metabolic imbalance.

Chronically elevated blood sugar damages blood vessels and triggers inflammation. It can affect:

• Arteries
• Eyes
• Kidneys
• Nerves
• Brain

Even small increases in blood sugar place stress on the vascular system. Repeated blood sugar spikes force the body to compensate continuously, which is when long-term damage begins.

To manage ongoing sugar exposure, insulin levels stay elevated. Over time, cells reduce their sensitivity to insulin; this process is known as INSULIN RESISTANCE.

Early signs of insulin resistance may include:

• Brain fog
• Memory decline
• Abdominal fat accumulation
• Frequent cravings between meals
• Mood changes
• Sleep disturbances
• Fluid retention
• Skin tags
• Black skin darkening on your neck, armpits, etc

If insulin resistance continues:

• After 10 to 15 years, it can lead to type 2 diabetes

• After 20 to 25 years, it can contribute to cognitive decline and dementia

Chronic blood sugar dysregulation impacts nearly every organ in the body. Clinical studies show that reducing carbohydrate intake, often to less than 30 grams per day, can greatly improve insulin sensitivity.

In some studies, most participants were able to stop using insulin within just a few weeks. Your body and brain function more efficiently using ketones for fuel.

The food industry promoted the idea that glucose is the preferred fuel source because it increases profits from sugar and refined carbohydrates.

Drop carbs, prioritize health fats like Tallow( fat from beef) , Lard (fat from Mutton), butter (Not margarine), Coconut oil. Prioritize Proteins like fat meat (chicken, goat, all types). Practice intermittent fasting as your daily protocol. We must restore our health back!
