A few years ago I stopped coloring my hair after decades of dyeing it, and that decision opened a much deeper journey than I ever expected. What began as a gray hair transition became something bigger… a path of self-discovery, change, and learning to see myself differently through each season of life.

Right now, I find myself in a space of reflection and uncertainty, questioning what comes next and allowing life to unfold without rushing to define it. This channel is where I share that process honestly… the beauty, the discomfort, the stillness, and the becoming.

You’ll still see content around gray hair, aging, and self-expression, but also life in real time as I move through change, grief, healing, and new beginnings.
