Making progress.....but I always forget it takes me 2.5 times longer to do things than the average person. Studio floors are done, walls are painted, desk is in a box, all electronics still need to be moved.....it's a SLOW process but I am getting there. It would probably move faster if it wasn't 1000 degrees outside too! How is everyone doing?

Hey everyone! I busy packing, but ADHD doesn't allow me to do just one thing at a time!! So, I am also going through some of the old projects I had in the works. Which one interests you?

*Florida Karen Wants Kids Off Her Lawn - (the news media named the case, not me) The most entitled menopausal woman in the world waged a neighborhood war with a group of children. When one of the mothers feels like Karen crosses the line, mom confronts Karen by banging on her door. Karen says she fears for her life, locked inside her home, and shoots mom through the door. Oh...Karen is white, Mom is black.... The case is over and watching it will make you lose a little faith in humanity.
I started compiling this while the case was on-going. Unfortunately, it is not finished. There was a lot of information that was not presented in court that I obtained from court filings, news sources, etc. Interestingly, while reading through some of the court filings, I learned a relative of mine was actually on scene at an earlier incident in this case.

*Interview with a Drug Runner- I connected with Ken Behr, a successful South Florida Businessman and Author. Ken's book "One Step Over the Line," details his early life entangled in the South Florida drug trade, ultimate arrest, and years working as an informant for the DEA. He has quite a few wild stories. The most interesting part to me was, what led him into that life. His answer will surprise you!

*More Attorney Discipline Cases - Carolyn Barnes was a Texas Attorney who shot at a census worker, filed motions while on an involuntary hold at a mental health center, has filed actions against every branch of the government for literally anything and everything under the sun (there were so many I couldn't keep track or even match the appeals to the original cases), and she is still filing pro se garbage today. I spent over $200 on PACER trying to get all her filings, only to realize this case highlights the huge hole in our justice system that has zero screening for mental illness with regards to situations like this.

Mike Easter deserves more respect before he gets out of bed in the morning that most "experts", who spew non-sense word salad and degrade others for monetary gain and self-promotion...or in the same of a nearly half million dollar arts & crafts project? (If you don't get the reference...one of the experts painted his body then had a car back into him....)



Meg's Life Lesson of the Day - If you don't read past the headlines and can't even understand that don't flap your trap like an asshat!



Also, a personal message to J-Co: Girl, you tried. You got your 15 minutes. Good job! Now, go home! Stop shitting on the justice system and making a joke out of your reputation with the sensationalized comments and bullshit personal attacks with zero facts to support them. Professionals deal in facts. Be a professional or remove the FBI tag and replace it with Gossip Girl, because that is all you are!

ADVICE?

You asked me to keep you updated, so here it is...
This is what the entire house looked like when we started 2 months ago...
Fortunately, the walls are finished now, I just forgot to take a photo.
This is going to be my Office/Studio. There is a door on the 3rd wall and the 4th is solid.
Anyone have any budget-friendly suggestions on what to do on the solid wall, which will be behind my desk while I am streaming?
Someone said I should turn the starry night photo with the pups I posted previously into a mural, I had considered a sunset or a dark color, someone else said make a cat playground... I am open to any ideals. Right now it is a blank canvas!!!

I also want to note, after Hurricanes cause their damage, many people just assume the damage is repaired right away. That is not how it works. We are entering the next hurricane season and the majority of my family's neighborhood have not been able to make the necessary repairs to their house at this point. My grandma has been struggling walking on plywood subfloors for 9 months now. She is hoping to finally get carpet next month. My mother still doesn't have carpet in her kitchen. Recovery takes a huge toll that lasts and is forgotten by most after the initial impact.

Finally, I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to those of you who found my prior GFM and donated. I sincerely appreciate the support more than I can say. Things have been a struggle to say the least, but you all still watching the older videos has helped tremendously!!

I promise I will be back, hopefully better than ever!!!

Hey everyone! I wanted to thank everyone who has reached out to check on me! Never fear, I am alive and well! It has been a rollercoaster, but that seems to be the new norm! lol I had to take a break from YouTube to focus on some health issues and to move. Moving includes downsizing (getting rid of about 75% of everything I own) as well as repairing a house that flooded during Hurricane Helene last year. It is quite an undertaking! On top of that I came down with the flu. Which took me out for over a month! Which was bad enough, then it developed into multifocal pneumonia which is the equivalent of Hell! I ended up in the hospital for 8 days with a hell of a story I will tell you all one day. I do plan to return to the channel, likely with some modifications to the format. I just have to get the new house finished and studio/office set up. Hopefully next month. Thank you all for your support through the past couple of years! I appreciate you all so much!!!

This is slightly back in the political arena that I don't like to dabble in, but the thought crossed my mind about the potential ripple effects. Do some of the "garbage humans" we see use this sort of content as therapy to prevent worse crimes?

Do you think blocking access to sites like this (from a strictly legal perspective...you can debate the moral argument elsewhere) will have an impact on the physical crimes associated with exploitation, SA, etc.?

Citizens of the Sunshine State will no longer be able to peruse popular adult entertainment platform Pornhub starting next year.



The XXX website’s parent company, Aylo, announced that people residing in Florida will be blocked from the site once a new state law that requires age verification to visit explicit web content and other materials deemed “harmful to minors” goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2025.

Aylo explained its concerns while addressing the new policy in an email to Florida Politics published on Wednesday.

“Unfortunately, the way many jurisdictions worldwide, including Florida, have chosen to implement age verification is ineffective, haphazard and dangerous,” the statement read.

“Any regulations that require hundreds of thousands of adult sites to collect significant amounts of highly sensitive personal information is putting user safety in jeopardy.”

I sincerely apologize for the EPIC Failure in last night's stream. I don't know what happened, but I am going to assume it is my fault for trying to work through an MS relapse here my brain is a bigger $h*t $how than this case!
My braincells are fueling the dumpster fire at the moment.

This is one of the most headshaking cases I think I have ever covered, so please check it out this afternoon and again my apologies for everything breaking..l including me apparently!

Just when I thought I had pretty much seen a little bit of everything....I stumble across the Attorney, turned Politician, who decides to work as an emergency Substitute Teacher for $88 a day.... Has a rowdy class, during which God speaks to him and tells him he should kick one of the students in the family jewels...to bring awareness to teenage depression and un-aliving behaviors.......Civil Case, Criminal Charges, Action by the School Board, Action by the Bar.....Talk about a $h*t $how of EPIC Proportions! This doesn't even describe the level of crazy....and you won't believe the outcome!!!

For those of you that may not have heard through other social media platforms, we lost an amazing piece of our YouTube community today and a core member of the LawTube community. Jeff ‪@legalvices‬ passed away yesterday from natural causes. I never had the pleasure of working with him, beyond the occasional social media banter, but I can tell how much he was adored by the outpouring of love I have seen in the last hours.
