From now on, every release and update you'd want to know about - new pencil brands, new gradients, new tools and fixes that change how the app feels to use, will all be available to view and keep up with on PaletteKit.

While David is working away on the IT side of things, I’ll be busy adding more combos and sets in the background.

Today I’ve added 12 new Woomer combinations across a mix of colour families.

If you head to Browse All Gradients, the newest combos will always show up first. In this case, the Woomer combos are currently filling the entire first page 😊

THANK YOU & IMPORTANT INFO: Before I head off to bed (time to catch up on my beauty sleep 😆), I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the kind words and support today with the launch of PaletteKit.

The love I’ve received from you all has honestly been more than I could have imagined, and I’m so grateful to have such a supportive community around me 🫶🏼

BUGS / FIXES:
There has been a bug noticed with the scroll feature on the brand names. We’re aware of it and currently working on a fix.

ADDING PENCILS TO YOUR KIT:
We’re working on the ability to add a full set at once rather than adding pencils individually. This is coming.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
In the top right corner (your profile picture), there’s a drop-down menu with “Manage Subscription”. This is where you can cancel or upgrade your subscription.

‘EMAIL LIMIT’ MESSAGE:
If you see this when trying to join, it just means there’s a lot of traffic at the same time. If you try again a little later, you should be able to get in.

✨ It looks like Castle Arts have taken the win… just!

I’ll be working with the 120 Soft Touch set, along with the Pasteltints and Harmonious ranges.

I did consider waiting until I had the Spring set, but I have a feeling we’ll eventually see all the seasons released. When that happens, we can absolutely revisit and create more combinations with those.

For now, we’ll focus on the sets I already have and start building out a full range of combos.

Let me know what colour family you’d love to see first.

And don’t worry… all the other brands will be coming too 🤍

✨ Help me choose the NEXT colour combo series!

I went through all of your comments (thank you so much for those 💛) and narrowed it down to the top 4 most requested brands… and now it’s over to you!

👉 Vote in the poll and help me decide which one I start next.

Just a quick note… I will be working through all of the brands mentioned. There’s honestly no end to this colour combo series, so if your favourite isn’t first, it’s still coming 😊

Also, a lot of these brands are already being worked on behind the scenes for my upcoming website, so there are combos in progress (and some already completed 👀).

For Castle Arts, I’ll be focusing mainly on:
• Soft Touch
• With some Pasteltint and Harmonious mixed in

The Gold set will be its own video later on.

✨ Help me choose the next COLOUR COMBO set ✨

I’ve now completed full colour family combinations for Prismacolor, Polychromos, Derwent Chromaflow and Black Widow pencils, along with water-activated mediums like Neocolor II… and Derwent Inktense is almost finished too.

So it’s time to start the next set 👀

I’m alternating between coloured pencils and other mediums, it’s time for another pencil set.

I’d love your input on what you’d like to see next.

Pop a comment below with the pencil set you’d most want me to create combinations for. It could be something like Castle Arts (soft touch, Pasteltint etc), Luminance, Arrtx, Woomer, Pablos, Holbein… or any other set you’d love help with.

Once I see what’s coming up the most, I’ll take the top 4 suggestions and put them into a poll so we can choose the winner together as YouTube only allows for 4 poll options.
