Last Day to Join. Answering the most common questions 👇
Today I was planning to close enrollment for Your Natural Beauty. More than 30 women have already joined the program.
However, over the past few days I've received many questions about the course, as well as messages from people who would like to join but haven't made their decision yet.
That's why I've decided to extend enrollment for one more day.
If you'd like to look fresher, reduce puffiness, improve facial muscle tone, and follow a clear plan instead of searching for exercises on your own, this program was created for you.
Over 4 weeks, you'll follow a structured training system designed to gradually work through all the key areas of the face and help make face yoga a regular part of your self-care routine.
Many of you have asked about the course format, so today I'd like to answer the most common questions.
How do the lessons work?
The course is designed to be completed over 4 weeks.
Each week, you'll receive 2 new video workouts. These are pre-recorded lessons, so you can practice whenever it's convenient for you without having to adjust your schedule.
Each workout is meant to be repeated for 2–3 days before moving on to the next one.
The program is carefully structured so that over the course of 4 weeks you'll gradually work through all the major facial muscle groups and build your results step by step.
How long will I have access?
You'll receive access to the program for 2 months.
This gives you enough time not only to complete the course, but also to repeat it and reinforce what you've learned.
One of the most common questions I receive is whether the lessons remain available forever. No, access is provided for 2 months.
However, in most cases, that's more than enough time to learn the exercises and continue practicing them on your own afterward.
If you'd like to extend your access later, you can do so for a small additional fee of just $19 for another 2 months.
When does the course start?
Immediately after payment. There's no waiting period or scheduled start date — all materials are already available on the platform, and you can begin the same day you join.
Will there be support?
Yes. For two months, you'll be able to ask me questions about the workouts, exercises, and your progress.
There is also a private community for course members where we'll stay connected, and I'll personally answer questions and support you throughout the program.
I hope this email has answered your most important questions.
If you've been thinking about joining, today is your last opportunity to enroll at the current price. I don't yet know when enrollment will open again or what the future price will be.

Waking up with a swollen face, puffy eyes, or fluid retention can instantly make you look and feel exhausted, no matter how much you slept.
The good news? You can easily flush out that morning fluid and reclaim your sharp, refreshed features naturally. I’ve just released a new follow-along video guide designed to target facial puffiness from all angles.
Here is what we cover in this quick, high-impact routine:
- Lymphatic drainage techniques to quickly move stagnant fluid down.
- Eye depuffing exercises to fade away stubborn under-eye bags.
- Jaw & neck release to unlock the tight areas that block your natural lymphatic flow.
- Scalp mobility massage for an instant lifting and refreshing effect.
It’s the perfect way to start your day feeling light, tense-free, and glowing.
Have you noticed that the corners of the mouth can start turning downward even when you feel completely fine?
This can make the face look more tired, tense, or sad than you actually feel.
Very often, this happens because some lower face and neck muscles become chronically tight and start pulling the tissues downward over time.
In my new free Face Yoga lesson, I’ll show you:
• which muscle often causes downturned mouth corners • how neck tension affects facial expression and symmetry • gentle massage techniques to release tightness • simple exercises to help restore a softer, more lifted look
The routine is beginner-friendly, relaxing, and takes just a few minutes to follow along.
Do you feel like your face is aging faster than it should? The truth is, expensive creams can’t fix the root cause of aging—tight muscles and poor posture.
When your jaw is clenched and your neck is strained, it pulls your features down, creating sagging jowls, deep nasolabial folds, and a tired look.
In my new video, I’ll show you a simple, effective face lifting routine for beginners that you can do at home: https://youtu.be/eT_coyyusak
This workout targets the underlying muscles to restore balance, improve lymphatic drainage, and give you a natural lift without surgery or injections.
🌟 What we will work on today:
- Lifting sagging jowls by releasing jaw tension.
- Smoothing nasolabial folds and mouth lines.
- Reducing puffiness through lymphatic drainage.
- Fixing neck posture to support your facial contour.
Consistency is key. Follow along with me and feel the difference immediately. Don’t forget to LIKE this video and SUBSCRIBE for more natural anti-aging routines!
Sagging neck, loose skin, and a soft jawline are often caused by poor posture, muscle tension, and weak support muscles — not just aging.
In this 10-minute face yoga routine, you’ll learn simple exercises you can do at home to help lift your neck, define your jawline, and improve posture naturally.
This workout targets the platysma, neck, and upper back to reduce tension, improve circulation, and support a more sculpted, lifted look.
Do this routine regularly to: – reduce neck sagging and wrinkles – improve jawline definition – release tension in the neck and shoulders – improve posture and overall appearance
No equipment needed. Just 10 minutes a day.

Hi, today I want to show you something most people have but rarely notice.
For most of us, one side of the face works more than the other.
You can check it right now: smile slowly, and pay attention to how it feels. You’ll likely notice that one side moves easier or faster, while the other feels tighter or slightly delayed.
It’s how you’ve been using it every day. Chewing on one side, sleeping on one side, holding tension in the same places — over time, one side becomes overactive while the other underworks.
At first, it doesn’t seem like a problem. But over time, this creates a shift: the jaw starts moving slightly to one side, the tissues follow, and the face can begin to look less balanced and more tired.
Most people only start doing something at this point — and often make it worse. Typical mistakes: training both sides equally, adding more tension, or forcing movements. This usually reinforces the stronger side instead of balancing it.
That’s why I do balancing routines — not to “train” the face, but to restore how the muscles actually work.
I recently recorded a short routine focused exactly on this. It helps release excess tension, rebalance muscle activity, improve jaw movement, and bring back a sense of control in the face. It also includes work with the neck, since it directly affects facial symmetry.
It takes about 10 minutes, feels relaxed, and doesn’t require force.
I often get asked: “I don’t have time for face yoga — what should I do?”
The answer is simple: consistency matters more than duration.
It’s much more effective to practice for 5–10 minutes every day than to do a full hour once a week.
That’s exactly why I’ve created a new workout — it’s just 5 minutes long, but it targets the entire face: helping you look fresher, more lifted, and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
This routine is perfect even for the busiest schedules.
You can turn it on in the morning — for example, while washing your face — and follow along with me.
Are your lips tense right now? Let’s do a small test for about a minute.
While you’re reading this text, bring your attention to your lips and the area around your mouth. Try to notice what sensations you feel in this area right now. Stay with that feeling for about 10 seconds.
Now take a slow, deep breath. And make a long, gentle exhale through a slightly open mouth. Leave your mouth slightly open and again bring your attention to the area around your lips.
Many people suddenly notice something interesting at this moment: it may feel as if the lips have relaxed, become softer, and the area around the mouth feels lighter.
And this usually means that just a moment ago the lips were slightly tense — we simply didn’t notice it.
There is nothing wrong with that in itself. The problem is that this kind of tension can happen hundreds of times throughout the day.
We may be working, watching a movie, walking — and not realize that our lips stay slightly clenched the whole time.
Over time, this habit constantly pulls on the skin around the mouth. And this is exactly how vertical lines around the lips gradually begin to form.
That’s why I created a new video where I explain in detail:
• how lip lines around the mouth actually form • which everyday habits can make this problem worse • how the orbicularis oris works — one of the most active muscles of the face
And most importantly, at the end of the video I show 5 simple exercises that you can do together with me.
They help relax this muscle, reduce constant lip tension, and decrease the load on the skin around the mouth.
This video will be useful both if you already notice these lines and if you want to prevent them from appearing in the future.
Most forehead wrinkles don’t appear overnight. They usually start forming long before we really notice them.
Throughout the day we constantly use the muscles around the eyebrows and forehead — when we concentrate, react emotionally, work at a computer, or squint in bright light. In many ways, this is completely natural. Our face is simply responding to what’s happening around us.
The real issue is something else.
Most people never notice how long their forehead stays tense. Hours can pass with the eyebrows slightly raised or the area between them contracted — and we rarely think about relaxing it.
Over time, the skin begins folding in the same places again and again. That’s how horizontal forehead wrinkles and the “11 lines” between the eyebrows gradually start to form.
In my 8 years of practice, I’ve seen this very often — especially in people with demanding, high-responsibility jobs. When you spend a lot of time concentrating, thinking, analyzing, the forehead works almost constantly.
The good news is that this area responds surprisingly well when you start working with it properly.
There are two important steps:
– learning to notice and reduce unnecessary facial tension – learning to actively relax the forehead muscles
This is exactly why I created a 10-minute face exercise routine focused on gently relaxing this area.
It’s simple, natural, and easy to follow. And when practiced regularly, many people begin to notice changes in as little as 7 days — the forehead feels softer, and the lines start to look less pronounced.
