Check out today's critique video to see my take on a special stacked bar plot - it represents paired pre/post microbiome data. This introduces another layer to think about when considering stacked bar plots. The punchline: use your experimental design to help design you data visualizations! On Wednesday I'll have a livestream where I try to refactor the stacked bar plot into something easier to interpret featuring a total of 3! colors
