Wildfire Insider seeks to communicate in two main ways:
1) Update & forecast videos, which answer the following key questions…
- Where is the fire actively burning?
- In what direction is the fire expected to grow?
2) Educational videos, which promote the idea that fire is not the enemy, but a natural part of a healthy ecosystem. That the answer is not the absence of fire, but adaptations that allow both the environment and our communities to survive and thrive. Our continued learning is meant to encourage action, as the best time to prepare for a fire is before it starts.
