If YT flags me as a child for whatever reason, there's no way in hell that I'm giving them identifying information. They already asked for that after dealing a bs copyright strike on an old ass short that used Nintendo music, even after I deleted the video and went through to make sure any others that could have been flagged similarly were taken down. This was back in May, and I'm still waiting for that to expire so I can add links to my descriptions! But I'd rather wait than let a megacorp steal even more personal information from me that we all know is not going to be used for good in the long run
Do NOT give them your ID. Do NOT give them your credit card information. Do NOT give them a selfie. That part of this whole ordeal is almost worse than the blatant censorship imo. Who's to say that data won't end up being leaked, even if Google doesn't do anything with it themself? Do whatever you can to stay safe on the internet, ESPECIALLY by keeping identifying information PRIVATE.

Listen, in the worst case scenario, there are other options besides YouTube. Wanna watch an adult movie but your account is restricted? Find it on a streaming site, or better yet physically. Wanna listen to your favourite band but YT decided they're gonna babysit your grown ass? Get a CD, or find them on some music site. Can't watch your favourite content creator anymore bc YT thinks youre underage? Find their other socials, especially if they're streamers
And when push comes to shove, if there's nowhere else to go, start sailing

I might still make videos, because I do this as a hobby more than anything, but don't be worried if I suddenly stop. All that will mean is I'm either not able to because of restrictions or I don't want to anymore
