A brief story about how I went on plant based journey. If you told me "You can try plant based diet" a year ago, I probably thought you were crazy. You see, I was a meat eater and totally believed red meat was good to me. Until recent few years, my health went down to hell. I felt tired all the time and less motivated. My days felt in vain. And the worst part was my period got extremely painful that I couldn't move for a few days every month. I do yearly check and there was nothing obnormal. So I was like, maybe I can do something to my diet... To make it short, later on, I came across David Sinclair' podcast and learned about how diet effect your healthspan.
