So I was yapping with my mom and, outta nowhere, I said, "Jungkook ki height kitni mast hai." Then I showed her a clip of him dancing and she goes, "6 ft ka lag raha hai." BRO. For a second I forgot she was my mom and not my friend 😭🙏🏻. I was literally blushing, kicking my feet, staring at the video while my mom was just sitting there smiling. (It's unbelievable 🙂)
Then I casually mentioned that Jungkook has abs and stays half-naked half the time 🥀 (I wasn't even lying).
AND THEN SHE ASKED ME TO SHOW HER WHAT HIS ABS LOOK LIKE.
Guys...main bhavnao me bh gyi and i literally opened Jungkook's CK clips and showed them to my MOM. The second I did that, I regretted my entire existence 😭💔 Ive never wanted to evaporate so badly.
i genuinely left the hallway questioning every life decision i've ever made. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Kay, real talk for a sec 🤗

BTS were the first K-pop act nominated at the AMAs, started getting serious recognition at the Billboard Music Awards, and basically made the Billboard Hot 100 feel normal for K-pop.
Then came the Grammys, first K-pop act ever nominated, and yeah, more than once. That alone changed how the West even looks at K-pop.
And it wasn’t just music shows either. They spoke at the UN too, which is wild when you think about it talking about youth, identity, self-love on a stage most artists never even touch.
Streaming-wise? They’ve been running global numbers for years now. Records just keep getting broken and re-broken.
(I've only listed a handful of their achievements. The actual record list is way longer.🧘🏻‍♀️)

Back to the topic -
Did other groups work hard? Of course they did. Nobody's denying that.
But BTS helped make K-pop visible on a level the industry had never seen before. They opened doors that many groups now get to walk through-
INCLUDING YOUR FAVS. 😍
And if ur still gonna whine Abt who PAVED the way, the charts are literally free to look at 😋
At some point, facts start speaking louder than opinions. And trust me, the charts are much louder than your lil tantrums 😘🥀
