Try not to get discouraged by the "twin flame" labels, as this concept has been trashed by the spiritual community, but it's very much real and probably not the fairy tail you're thinking of, if anything i would describe the experience as a rough and gut wrenching deconstruction of who you "think" you are, leaving room for the real you. The prince on the white horse, or damsel in distress parts...not so much part of these kind of deeply healing experiences. So keep an open mind and stay true to yourselves out there, and trust me when I tell you that there are indeed scammers in the spiritual community, just like they are everywhere, but all of them started from a seed of truth, you just gotta find those that work with growing that seed of truth, not the rotten apple basket that some turned that seed into.
